163K SPS and Progress in current Splinterlands Season

The SPS token price is pretty low these days and because of this, I can buy more tokens from the market. I don't buy every day, but I try to buy a couple of times a week and power up immediately after I buy these tokens. This is the governance coin of the splinterlands game, and the current price was never expected to be honest but now since it is here so I am trying to grab this opportunity and build a decent holding for SPS tokens. Some people are not certain about the splinterlands game because the prices are going down for tokens as well as different digital assets in the game ecosystem. Maybe they're right because when prices are down many of the investors feel uncomfortable because their investment value is also down, but you never know in the Crypto market when there is some change and that change itself can trigger the price to start going up.

Undoubtedly the importance of the SPS token in the game is crucial because the more SPS you have brought the higher the reward multiplier which means a better reward game. I have started liking the new reward system through which we are getting glint tokens and these tokens can be used in the reward shop to buy different stuff. I do understand that there are limited inventories available in the reward shop but I believe over the period there will be more options to choose from. I did buy some rare stuff in the reward shop and the outcome was significant because I got a nice set of cards and I was happy to have those cards.

Two weeks before I published this post when I had 160k SPS. I am documenting this journey, and it helps me to track my progress for SPS accumulation. In this case, I had 160K two weeks back and now I have over 163k and this way I have added more than 3k SPS in 2 weeks. Roughly this average can be approximately 5000 SPS in a month and since I am trying to achieve the milestone of 200KSP hence I am hoping that by the end of this year that should be possible for me.

Undoubtedly the current price is very low, and I am taking this as an opportunity to buy more whereas the APR is also less than 14% but this is not bad I would say. I invest in SPS not for the sale after some time instead this is my long-term investment which I am doing so that I can grab better in-game rewards because I'm hoping the act things at Splinterlands will be better in the upcoming bull run cycle and this is high time when we need to be ready for that cycle.

This is my progress in the current season and this season is now left with less than ten days whereas I have unlocked the diamond league already. I will be ending up this season in the Champion League like I did in the last one and for that, I'm trying to play more battles. As of now, I am keeping my energy count on a slightly higher range but once the season ends in two or three days then I will try to utilise most of my energies and bring the balance down to less than 10.

Last two seasons I have ended up in the Champion League and this was Champion 3 so this time I will be trying can make it to Champion 2 however I am not sure if it is possible for me or not. I understand that moving to the higher league will reduce my reward multiplier, but I want to experience what reward I get in the champion two leagues as compared to champion one and is the difference substantial or not.

There is enough time to plan this strategy for the season and I have already decided that it's going to be champion for sure but not sure if it is champion three or two because that depends upon the overall competition. Sometimes there is more competition on the battleground and then it is difficult to increase the ranking and leave. But I am confident that it is surely going to be champion hence let's see how it goes in the coming days.
