How To Reverse Engineer The SPS Flywheel

In this video, I discuss how actually focusing on token price appreciate for SPS could actually reverse engineer the flywheel and get us going into this bull run.

To start with, I'm not worried about DEC because there are enough sinks in the game that will either burn or lock it up in the DAO over time. We have a tremendous amount right now and even more that can be printed through the burning of cards that focusing solely on DEC is a losing effort. It will take care of itself over time.

Focusing on SPS allows us to increase the value of rewards around the entire ecosystem. Whether it's LPs, Staking SPS, or playing the game - these reward increases will entice players to participate or contribute more.

I specifically think the ranked reward system with the ability to purchase energy is the way to go about this. If SPS were to do a 3x from here and get to around $0.023, even if DEC was not at peg the incentive to burn DEC for energy would become very high for anybody with a 50/50 win rate or better. This would actually get players to start burning DEC en masse which could help it reach peg quicker. The higher SPS goes, the more incentive there is and we get to the flywheel by focusing on the secondary token rather than the first.
