What If Cards Earned Royalties For Owners?
In this video, I discuss an idea to incentivize card ownership - royalties through battles won if a card is rented out. Many people complain there isn't enough of a reason to own cards but this may add some value in the long run for those that like to collect. What do you think?

Really interesting topic, but I think sps is not worth that much to cut more renters, who have big cost of playing in top champ.
As a card owner, I don't think this is needed. If renting is better value than owning, more people need to change from owners to renters. If enough do, we'll eventually reach an equilibrium. If people aren't doing that it's because there are other reasons preventing them to.
One thing is sure, something needs to be done to make cards hold their value better as it's impossible to outearn the expected decline which makes it so that no new players will come in.

I do agree that people need incentives to own cards, but there's probably has to be less demanding but more creative ways for this to be done, although royalties aren't a bad idea, but it might be a huge discussion
