The New Season is On..

The last season of the splinterlands game is over during the weekend and the new one has started. As of now when I'm writing this post then the season will be ending in more than 13 days which is almost two weeks that we can utilise to play more battles and also increase the league. We have the limitation of energy that restricts us to play more but we have the option to buy more energy and play more but obviously at some point in time that is not a feasible option. Still, I think it is a good option that one can consider if planning to play more battles and increase the ranking faster.

This Season

My energy count is 39 as of now which allows me to play more battles. I generally try to keep the energy count around 20 and since it is in the range of 40 which means I can play more battles and I am going to utilise this number in the coming days. Sometimes even playing more battles does not help because when we lose more battles and generally when I lose a couple of battles in a row then I stop playing for some time and try again later. I am expecting that by next weekend I will be able to enter in Champion League if things go well but again sometimes what I plan does not work in the game.

SPS Stake

As of now I am in the diamond league hence my boost is 9.51 X and it keeps on reducing with the growing league. This is why I believe that holding more SPS in the game is important. Although I try to grow my holding still I believe I'm far away from reaching where I can get a decent boost in the Champion League and it is because the requirement is quite high. Although I have not decided but maybe in a few seasons I will try to play in the Diamond League to get the higher boost and see which is better between the Diamond and Champion League depending upon my sps holding in the game.

I have got almost 1500 tokens to be added to my stake but seems like there is some problem with the game as of now with sps management and because of this, I am not able to power it up as of now. Although I'm not sure if there can be maintenance in the game but in any way, I'm not able to fetch the balance when I go on the stake window. As you can see in the below snapshot the balance is showing a zero even when I am going with the Max option but I hope this will be sorted out shortly and then I will add this balance to my holding and this will take me closer to 185K sps.

This time because the price is low hence I am trying my best to grow it as fast as possible and reach my 200K sps milestone. The current price is almost low in the market however there have been some fluctuations but I believe that from here also there are higher chances for the prices to go up and yes it can also go down but that probability is not that high. Again it's not financial advice and I'm not an expert so what I think about the market may not happen however still I am trying to grow my SPS holding and we reach the 200K balance as soon as possible. This is part of my long-term strategy in the game because this holding will help me have better rewards in the game and a slightly improved boost for in-game rewards.
