The Season End is approaching

The current season of the splinterlands game will be ending in two days and as I discussed in my last post I am trying to unlock the Champion League hence I'm happy to share that I am currently in the Champion League. As of now, I am playing in Champion 3 but I am trying my best to enter Champion 2 and end this season in the same league for some better in-game rewards post-season end. Currently, the season will be ending in slightly more than two days which I think is a good time for me to manage the league upgrade and I should be able to do this within this amount of time.

I have accumulated some glint tokens and did not visit the shop to buy something but I will try to do some shopping soon. Currently, I play in the wild format of the game and the current rating count is 3740 which is making me play in the Champion 3 league and to make it Champion 2, I need to touch the rating of 4000. As of now I have 344K glint tokens and this reward is reduced because I play in the wild format and there are some changes implemented in this format of the game to reduce the reward for the players. I think there should be no reduction because no matter what format of the game any player plays they should get an equal reward but looks like the team is trying to encourage more players to enter the model format of the game.

As the name is self-explanatory for modern where all the new edition cards are used but in the wild, we can use any card in the game and this is one of the restrictions which is not good in my case. It's because most of the cards I have are from the older editions and for now I'm not fine to invest in the cards. I am trying to invest more in the SPS because I believe sps is the best bet as of now.

I have some SPS tokens lying in my account and now I have powered it up because it's always good to stake those tokens. There is a staking reward for staking these tokens in the game account.

Currently, I have over 173K tokens in my account but my ultimate goal is to have 200 K SPS and I hope that this price tip will help me a lot however for now I have put a pause on buying because of the price fluctuation. Once the sps price is stable in the market then I will be trying to buy a bigger bunch from the market and add it back to my stake in the game. I'm not expecting anything BIG with sps for now but surely there should be a good value appreciation.

Sps is the governance token of this game and because of this some additional benefits are provided to the holders I believe it is just a matter of time because once the market recovers then the value appreciation will also happen for sps token in the market. Things happen like this when the valley is dropped and undoubtedly there is more than a 95% value drop for sps and currently, the price is not even one cent.

I'm trying to keep a close tab on the sps price and once I see the right time to enter in sps buying then I will do it I am also going to add all the tokens to the game account so that it starts generating an APR of over 13%. This APR is good and it is paid out through two tokens but now since the team is trying to remove vouchers from the game I'm not sure how they are going to manage this apr with just one token which is going to be sps.
