The Season is Approaching the End

The current splinterlands season is approaching the end as it will be ending approximately one day from now. Currently, I play in the Diamond League and I did not advance to the champion however I am still not sure whether I should end in the diamond or I should advance to the champion. My current energy count is 25 which means I can play a good number of battles to advance to the next league if I want but I will see if I want to do that or not. Currently when I'm playing in the Diamond One league then my boost is 8.69x which is not bad. This reward multiplier is mostly based on the SPS holding however there are some other components also affecting the reward multiplier.

Here is the snapshot for the current season where I have a 3520 rating that makes me eligible to play in the Diamond One league and I am getting 688 glint tokens as a reward for each win. I currently have 300K glint tokens in my account and I keep on utilising this balance from time to time to buy different assets in the reward shop. In the last season, I got 140K tokens as part of the season and reward and the last season I ended up in the Champion League hence this season I am planning to end in diamond to have a comparison between both. I play in the wild format of the game and in this format, the season and reward are reduced. It means when I play in a higher league then my reward multiplier is reduced and it will surely go down if I advance to the Champion League from diamond.

If I end this season in Diamond then surely I will have the comparison between the last two seasons with reward and the season is going to end in about one day so I think I can now wait for the rest of the season. This will also help me have my energy count recharged so that the next season I should be able to start with 50 energy. Probably I can play a couple of battles and this will bring the energy to count down so that it will not be wasted because one energy is added every hour technically from now I will be able to earn 30 plus energy whereas the gap from my current balance to the max is just 25.

I've got some sps tokens lying in my account so without any further delay I just want to power it up and add to my balance because I just don't like keeping these tokens idle in liquid form. The moment I power up it starts earning an APR which I know is not very high these days but is still something better than nothing. SPS is still one of the tokens that is highly undervalued in the market and recently we have seen some price appreciation with the token. I hope that it will do great when the market is in a bull run and it is just a matter of time because we have seen how the Bitcoin price has started going up.

In the crypto market when things are not good then everyone knows that the market is down but when it triggers the bull run then it does not take a long time instead and sometimes we figure out that the bull run has started. I remember how it was started in 2020 and looks like a similar momentum is getting built in the market maybe by the end of the year we will see how things are taking shape and getting better which will bring better prices for Crypto tokens in the market.

I will be playing a couple of battles more this season and then I will stop the battling for this season. It is a time when I will stop the battles and wait for the season to end so that I can start playing again when the new one starts but in between I'll be able to manage my energy count in such a way that it will not be wasted and also hopefully I will not advance to the higher league because diamond is the good one for me this time.
