[PL / ENG] My Actifit Report Card: August 7 2024

Środa. Działo się dużo fotogenicznych rzeczy. Zacznijmy od tego, że bardzo nie chciało mi się wychodzić na spacer, ale w końcu wyszłam, i było warto: patrzcie na to niebo!

Wednesday. Lots of photogenic things happened. Let's start with the fact that I really didn't feel like going for a walk, but I did eventually, and it was worth it: look at that sky!

Tak, to niebo nad Rozlewiskiem. A wokół piękna, żółta, złośliwa nawłoć.

Yes, that's the sky over the Backwater. And around it's beautiful, yellow, malicious goldenrod.

Dobrze, że się wybrałam na ten spacer, bo Bombel po żłobku uznał, że dziś na gorąco, więc on woli do domu
na lody. I tak poszliśmy do domu na lody, bo sama też miałam na nie ochotę :) Krzewię chyba naprawdę złe nawyki żywieniowe i mam z tego powodu drobne wyrzuty sumienia. Ale jak wymagać od dziecka, żeby po żłobku, gdzie miało obiad, jadło zaś obiad, skoro ja sama na obiad nie mam ochoty i wolę lody?
Cóż, może jak minie lato to wrócimy do zdrowego odżywiania.

It's a good thing I went for this walk, because after nursery Bombel decided it was hot today, so he'd rather go home for ice cream. And so we went home for ice cream, because I wanted some myself :) I think I'm promoting really bad eating habits and I feel a little guilty about it. But how can you expect a child to eat dinner after nursery, where they had dinner, when I don't feel like eating dinner myself and prefer ice cream?
Well, maybe when the summer is over we'll go back to healthy eating.

W każdym razie spacer z Dzidzią był piękny, a potem nie było już spaceru, bo wróciliśmy do domu. Zjedliśmy owe lody, a jak @sk1920 wrócił z pracy, to i obiad, choć wiadomo - Bombel ledwo skubnął, bo jemu lody wystarczają do szczęścia.

Anyway, the walk with Dzidzia was beautiful, and then there was no more walk, because we went back home. We ate the ice cream, and when @sk1920 came back from work, we had dinner, although as you know - Bombel barely nibbled, because ice cream is enough for him to be happy.

No a potem, wszyscy razem, zamiast na plac zabaw pojechaliśmy na wieś. A na wsi żniwa.

And then, all together, instead of going to the playground, we went to the countryside. And in the countryside, harvest time.

Nasz wiejski domek w świetle zachodzącego słońca ma serio pomarańczowawy kolor, ale szczerze mówiąc, podoba mi się to coraz bardziej.

Our country cottage in the light of the setting sun has a seriously orange color, but to be honest, I like it more and more.

Na pewno jest inaczej niż wszystkie domy na naszej ulicy. Można by rzec - nietuzinkowo. Albo wbrew modzie, co kto woli. Ale - ja to lubię!

It's definitely different than all the houses on our street. You could say - unconventional. Or against fashion, whatever you prefer. But - I like it!
