I just purchased my 3rd batch of 10 Ultimate Chests in Gwen’S Glint Shop. Usually I prefer to just purchase these in quantities of 10 because it gives me 2 nice rows of rewards to reveal. Which I find much more enjoyable compared to just purchasing a single chest or like 2 chests at a time. That said I have sometimes bought a Legendary Draw and when I do it is just 1 at a time for that one.

From those Legendary Reward Cards I am still missing Ferexian Hero from the Fire Element. After all this time I still don't have a single copy of him.

When I purchased these 10 Ultimate Chests and got to the final Chest it started Shaking so I knew it was a Legendary. As soon as I flipped it over, I saw the Red colour from the Fire Element and I was hoping for it to be Ferexian Hero to finally have him. Alas I saw the picture appear and saw it's Sorriel the Bale. BUT THEN I COULD NOT BELIEVE MY EYES. FOR HE TURNED GOLD FOIL!!! 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩

I've mentioned how I don't have Ferexian Hero yet, the other Fire Element Legendary Reward Card. So I went into my Cards Collection to show you. In this next image you can see the Epic Iidri Fyre to the left of Sorriel the Bale and then the Common Swamp Spitter from Water. Showing that the Ferexian Hero Legendary is missing.

My Regular Foil Sorriel the Bale is already level 3. Earlier this season, near the start of it, I pulled a regular foil version of him which allowed me to get him to level 3. So now I'm not entirely sure if I'll get the Gold Foil to level 3 already too. When it comes to Guild Brawls I always play Silver League Gold Foil Fray. So I'm really looking forward to see if I can have a team where I can use Sorriel the Bale in soon! Because it's Silver League though I can only bring him at level 2 anyway that's why I'm not sure if I'll level the Gold Foil to level 3 already too. Maybe I'll wait to see whichever version I could get to level 4 first and then level that one. Or I could level him up to 3 so he gives that little extra boost when winning a battle with Gold Foil cards!

Those 10 Ultimate Chests were also the last ones from the first batch, before the Glint price per chest would increase. There are still 2 days left in the season, but I wanted to make sure I bought them now in case I'd end up forgetting.

I also pulled some good amount of Merits from them. Combined with some other Merits I still had I decided to go buy some Gladius Packs. I was able to get 3 Gladius Packs and also got Bloodstones for them to increase the odds for a Legendary. My guild Store building isn't high enough yet for the Power Stones, otherwise I would've gotten those too since I can only use the Gold Foil Gladiators in my Brawl battles.

Let's see what I get in those 3 Gladius Packs.

Oooohh there is an Epic in there! Wow look at this all of the packs have a Katrelba Gobson AND Bertrol Gobson in them. That's pretty funny xD Maybe these Packs are more Earth Element themed today. Whenever I see an Epic in my Gladius Packs I'm always hoping to get a Gold Foil Quora. She would be such an amazing asset to my Gladiators for these Gold Foil Brawls that I'm in. Also I have both Common and Rare Earth Gladiators in Gold Foil so it would be really sweet to add the Epic to that as well.

Ahh unfortunately I saw Trapp Falloway when I revealed it. Whoa it turned out Gold Foil though! That is pretty cool then. Even though he isn't really useful it is cool to have him Gold Foil. In case I have a Brawl battle with Death Element where Melee attackers can attack from anywhere or gain the Sneak ability.

Hopefully another time I can get Gold Foil Quora. I do still have a lot of Merits saved up for when the Guild Store reaches level 8 to buy Power Stones to increase the chances for Gold Foil. So perhaps that's when I'd finally get her. Until then I'm sometimes opening a few Gladius Packs like I did now.
