My Little 10,000 DEC bet with Vugtis

TLDR;
In simple terms The Bet is: Will DEC stay > $0.0007 through the end of October?

It is my belief that 7wks after the start of the Unbinding Event and with the Unbinding cost of the SB CL Reward cards soon rising to 12x CP value, DEC will fall from it's recent highs of ~$0.00085 down to it's previous level below $0.0006.

Many of the Aggroed fans in the Tavern, including @vugtis, disagreed with my reasoning on this subject- to the point that Vugtis made a small proffer: 10,000 DEC on the value of DEC by the end of October. I accepted the bet, 10K DEC if the value of DEC stays >$0.0007 through October and he will pay me if it drops to <= $0.0007.

Mind you, it's not that I'm overall down on DEC or the game of Splinterlands- it's a belief that DEC, like stocks and many other financial assets fluctuate in value. In fact, I thought "The Great Unbinding" burn event would lead to an even higher value for DEC. (see my poll from a few weeks ago: https://peakd.com/hive-104500/@axrho/dec-value-change-during-the-great-burn) I thought DEC would go to $0.0009 as a matter of fact. In fact, I bought a few million DEC at ~$0.0006 in anticipation of that rise.
The fact is: HIVE went from $0.16 to $0.225 over the past few weeks while DEC went from .6 --> .85. With the recent news that someone burnt over 12M CP worth of cards for DEC then swapped into SPS- I was calling a 'top' and a reversion to mean for the price of DEC.
