Splinterlands Community Engagement Challenge: How to Buy Claimed Land in Splinterlands: Step-by-Step Guide

If you wish to purchase land that has already been claimed in Splinterlands, follow these simple steps to complete the purchase.

Navigate to the Land Page

• Go to the Land page by selecting the corresponding icon in the platform menu bar.

Select the “For Sale” option

• On the left side of the screen, click “For Sale” to view the available land.

View the land in the desired format

• You can view the land for sale in different formats: Land, Deed, or List. Select the format that is most comfortable for you to navigate.

Identify and select the lots you want to buy

• Once you find the land you want, click “View Lots” to expand the information and select the specific lot you want to purchase.

Choose payment method

• You can pay with Credits or DEC. Use the drop-down menu to select your preferred payment method. Make sure you have enough balance, otherwise you won't be able to proceed with the purchase.

Complete the purchase

• Click “Buy” to complete the transaction. Confirm when prompted, and congratulations, you've added new land to your empire!

Viewing Your Owned Land

• To view the land you own:

• Select “Land” from the menu bar on the official Splinterlands website.

• Click the “Owned” tab (marked with a green box).

• Choose your preferred display format (map, list, or script).

• Click "View Lots" to view the details of each lot.

You can also use the filter menu to the left of the map to sort and classify your land.

Important Notes

• Surveying and Requirements: Once you acquire land, you can proceed to survey parcels, either within the same region or across regions. To obtain the guaranteed minimums on surveying, you must survey in batches of 100 parcels at a time.

• Unclaimed Land Market: Unclaimed land is available on the Non-Card Market and external third-party marketplaces.
