If you live in NY you will need to use a work around to gain access like I have a family member in SC I use her address and my passport so most platforms along with a VPN to change my state on the geo tag and you can bypass most KYC or some let you still operate if your account withdrawl limit is low like binance interlantional I still have a account and for binance US i need to use my sisters SC address. At somepoint I will just make a SC LLC with her as the main person then will be able to get around many restrictions. For restrictions for us members I am working on that now by getting my Irish duel citizenship or looking into places or methods of navigating around these prohibitive regulations.

Also if you would be interested in a investment club that is going to be funded with no investment of money by completing a few referrals please let me know I am currrently trying to get the spots filled with people that will add value to the club to award the best units to with the most equity. Ex. A few will be awarded GP equity and most seed round which is 1500 in equity for 1000 contributed in sps or hive or can be sent a invoice if you want to use a credit card to get a bonus spend amount to like say chase saphire 1125 reward to spend X you use it to spend 1K of that by using it to buy units with no bonus which are the S3 unit class the last class which allows people to buy in at 2000 or do 1000 in bonuses which is the equivalent but some people mauy not have time or just want to invest in the club and be involved and do not care about the bonus so the S3NB shares are what they get which tells us to credit there account in full with 2000.
