Boxers inspired by Lightning Dragon (Eng - Esp)
Greetings creative friends and lovers of threads and needles, I wish you a happy weekend, together with your loved ones, after a break, I was able to resume the pending sewing projects; intimate apparel for my family, this time I share the elaboration of two boxers, inspired by Lightning Dragon, taking as reference the light blue and king blue colors of the Dragon.
Saludos amigos creativos y amantes de los hilos y las agujas, les deseo un feliz fin de semana, en unión de sus seres queridos, después de una pausa, pude retomar los proyectos de costura pendiente; ropa íntima para mi familia, en esta ocasión comparto la elaboración de dos boxer, inspirados en Lightning Dragon, tomando como referencia los colores azul claro y azul rey del Dragón.

I marked and cut the pieces; front, back, pinned and sewed with straight stitch on the curved part, to reinforce the front seam I used a zigzag stitch.

Marqué y corté las piezas; delantero, posterior, sujeté con alfileres y cosí con puntada recta por la parte curva, para reforzar la costura anterior pasé puntada de zigzag.
Then I faced the right sides of the front and sewed the bottom, this way you get the hole where the reinforcement will be glued
Luego enfrenté los derechos de la parte delantera y cosí la parte inferior, de esta forma se obtiene el orificio donde se pegará el refuerzo
The next step was to sew the reinforcement by the most curved part, facing the rights; to glue the center of the boxer I faced right to right fixing the center to the lower crotch, joining the piece with pins by the edge in such a way that the rest of the fabric is inside making a kind of "bag or tube" and I sewed along the contour, leaving the top part without sewing to turn over and thus all the seams are hidden, once the piece was turned over I restitched.
El siguiente paso fue coser el refuerzo por la parte más curva, enfrentando los derechos; para pegar el centro del boxer enfrenté derecho con derecho fijando el centro a la entrepierna inferior, uniendo la pieza con alfileres por el borde de tal forma que el resto de tela quede adentro haciendo una especie de "bolsa o tubo" y pasé costura por el contorno, dejando la parte de arriba sin coser para voltear y así todas las costuras quedan ocultas, volteada la pieza repisé.

To finish I sewed a hem of one (1) centimeter on the legs and glued the elastic facing right sides of the fabric and the elastic, divided the elastic in four (4) parts and fastened with pins, little by little I sewed with straight stitch stretching the elastic, then I turned and re-stitched the elastic and the boxers are finished.
Para finalizar cosí un dobladillo de un (1) centímetro en las piernas y pegué el elástico enfrentando derecho de la tela de la tela y del elástico, dividí el elástico en cuatro (4) partes y sujeté con alfileres, poco a poco cosí con puntada recta estirando el elástico, luego volteé y repisé el elástico y ya están terminados los boxers.
