Hello creative friends I wish you are well and have an excellent week with the blessing of the Heavenly Father, I continue taking advantage of my son's school vacations to finish the pending sewing projects, this time I share the elaboration of a Crop top inspired by Sthispa a character from the Splinterlands cards, with legendary Dragon powers.
Hola amigos creativos deseo se encuentren bien y tengan una excelente semana con la bendición del Padre Celestial, continuo aprovechando las vacaciones escolares de mi hijo para terminar los proyectos pendientes de costura, en esta ocasión comparto la elaboración de un Crop top inspirado en Sthispa un personaje de las cartas de Splinterlands, con poderes de dragón legendario.

Jersey fabric (gray and vinotinto)

After folding the fabric according to the elongation, I marked and cut the pieces; two back, two front and one strip for the back panel.

Luego de doblar la tela de acuerdo a la elongación, marqué y corté la piezas; dos traseros, dos delanteros y una tira para la parte trasera.
Then I faced the two front pieces right sides together, pinned the ribbon in the center and sewed the armhole and neckline with a straight stitch, leaving the shoulders open.
To sew the backside I faced the pieces and added the gray strip at the top, sewed the same as in the front, leaving the shoulders open.
Para coser el trasero enfrenté las piezas y agregué la tira de color gris en la parte superior, cosí al igual que en la parte delantera dejando los hombros abiertos.
The third step was to join the back and front in such a way that the seams are hidden, I faced the front and back right side passing the strips through the opening of the shoulders, pinned and sewed with straight stitch, then I turned the piece over and so all the seams are embonated.

Once the crop top is assembled, the only thing left to do is to close the sides and the bottom; matching the armhole joints, I pinned them right sides together and sewed with a straight stitch, then turned it over.
Armado el crop top, solo falta cerrar los laterales y la parte inferior; haciendo coincidir las uniones de las sisas sujeté con alfileres enfrentando los derechos y cosí con puntada recta luego volteé.
To finish I cut a strip of 12 * 78 centimeters, which will be the sash, I sewed along the union of the ends, I turned and zigzagged along the edges, I pinned it to the bottom of the top, I sewed with a straight stitch and I glued elastic in the front center of the top to gather, with these simple steps a cute crop top inspired by Sthispa is finished.
Para finalizar corté una tira de 12 * 78 centímetros, que será el fajón, cosí por la unión de los extremos, volteé y pasé en zigzag por los bordes, sujeté con alfileres en la parte inferior del top, cosí con puntada recta y pegué elástico en el centro delantero del top para fruncir, con estos sencillos pasos está terminado un lindo crop top inspirado en Sthispa.
