Bossingclint Brawl Report 29 Oct

Introduction
Hey all, brawl had just completed slightly more than 1 day ago and its time to share my brawl report for my guild, The International Wild Dogs and share with everyone how the my matches went and how the guild did for this brawl. I like to be consistent documenting on how each brawl went, so that all of us can all learn how to be better in our brawls. Participating in brawls in an important thing in growing my SPS and also improve my fighting capability. I am glad that I have grown substantially by being active in brawls.

Brawl Matches

The last one I took up on is a modern fray so all cards can be used. So let's dive in to the matches I had and do some reflections on how I can do better for next brawl.

Match 1:

Comment: Simple match of low mana, so I decided to place Oshaunnus as a gamble in hope that it is enough to handle my opponent. And indeed it was enough as it easily disposed off the cards of my opponent. A nice win.

Comment: Many ruleset especially there is equalizer and fog of war. I chose a tank with sufficient back support and a magic attacker just in case to ensure steady attack output. Another nice win with Chimney doing good work.

Match 3:

Comment: Since it's melee mayhem, why not put a strong card with double strike. And so I started the lineup with Coastal Sentry and used Alva as a tank to help hold up the damage away from Coastal Sentry. A good combi in the end to secure the win.

Match 4:

Comment: One vs one matchup. I chose Gorth while my opponent chose Chinmey. Somehow that little additional speed allow me to do better and get the required win.

Match 5:

Comment: When I look at my opponent's lineup, I know this is gonna be tough especially there is Quora which will be tough to win. However, somehow I manage to win because I was able to take out Quora before it grew out of hand. A close shave to get a win.

Match 6:

Comment: A match where everyone put up all their strongest cards and hoping that the cards will be effective because of blast. Somehow my double strikers were able to help pull it off and we managed to get the win.

Brawl Results

I am assigned 6 matches for this brawl of which I won all 6 of them. (no fled enemy this brawl). And I manage to gather another 3 wins due to lack of participation from other guilds. A clean sweep is achieved for this brawl. So glad to be able to win it well for this brawl.

We've manage to get out of the bottom and landed at 7 position for this brawl. While there were improvement in position, it was still essentially a brawl that only 2 members participated. With our win capability, definitely we should not be landing at such a low position. Hopefully we can have more people joining and get better.

Right now the lack of sufficient cards is really limiting my win possibility and it is a legit problem that needs to be settled.
