Splinterbowl Season 3 Kickoff - Splinterlands Fantasy Football League
For the last 2 years, I've been running a Fantasy Football (NFL) league with pals from the @splinterlands community. This year's Season 3 and we're doing it again. We have 18 awesome people participating across 2 leagues:

The platform we're using is Yahoo and the mechanics are fairly standard. Since we have two 14-person leagues this year, the teams are very deep, which means we're digging into sleepers and rookies whose names we've never heard of 😅

Buy-ins were 4000 $SPS per person, per league, for a total of 56000 $SPS per league. First prize at the end of the season gets 65%, 2nd gets 25%, and 3rd gets 10%. Most of us bought in when SPS was around $0.005, meaning that the buy-in was roughly $20. If we see a pump for SPS in the next 4-5 months, the pot for our league could become quite a thing!
Yesterday we had our the draft for one of the two leagues, and the next one is coming up within the next 24 hours. We have a great group of folks and we're all excited about this league.
