The recent two new promo cards are OP - Night Stalker and Delya

Hello Splinter nerds

The two new promo cards are awesome in battles... it was a set of legendary and rare cards that was released this time and both of them are a must to have in your collection as a player or else you will be frustrated when the opponent uses it to defeat you.

I was so annoyed when the opponent kept using Night Stalker to defeat me and I do not have it, the card is one of the best sneaky monsters at the moment as I have yet to see any other monster with a sneaky ability that has other powerful ability as him.

The appearance gives the vibes of an assassin and that is what he is, It is a dual splinter monster, so you can either use it with fire or death splinter...

Aside from being a sneaky monster, check out the other special abilities below.

• Execute: This is a new ability, this monster does additional damage to eliminate the monsters he attacked if their health is reduced to 2 which is what makes it special because that ability is like a double retaliate but this is more aggressive because he attacks to kill.

• Blast: This ability makes the execute ability more dangerous because blast affects other monsters besides the one being attacked and it could trigger the execute on those monsters too if their health is reduced to 2 or less.

I got this monster today and I misused it which ended up in me losing the battles, so I won't be eager to win with it anymore and wait for the right ruleset and opportunity to use it.

The second promo card is Delya

Splinterlands really took their time to design her because her abilities are awesome! The first time it was used against me in battle, I was like what the heck! cos I was given no chance at all, it just kept coming with her strike and with the support of her team, It didn't take long before my team was eliminated.

• Double strike: This monster attacks twice, which is her ability I love the most because I have a thing for monsters with double strike.

• Dodge: it has a 25% chance of evading attack from melee and range attackers which makes it suitable to be placed at the end of the team.

• Reflection Shield: it does not take damage from magic reflection, fire return, thorn, or blast which is another advantage for her in battle.

• Backfire: Aside from being hard to hit by melee and range monsters, if they miss their attack on her, they will suffer a melee attack for missing her.

We were given 3 rules, the first was odd ones out only monsters with odd mana can be used, the second rule was holy protection which granted divine shield to all monsters on both team and the last rule was what doesn't kill you all the monsters have the enrage ability.

Only 3 splinters were available so I used the dragon summoner Lily Shieldpaw with the Camouflage ability to protect my monster but made sure to use a strong tank and support it with two tank heal and lastly was my two attackers, the sneaky Stitch leech and Delya and they all did amazingly great, the opponent stood no chance!
