Catotune's Top Battles Rundown: Bronze league, Wild format - Sep 11, 2024

In this series, I analyze the top battles of the day to reveal which summoners and monsters are most successful for a given league and format. What better way to improve our Splinterlands skills than to study what the best players are doing?

For those of us who buy, rent, or rent out cards, I'm also hoping that this series can inform us of which cards to acquire for maximum effectivenes.

For simplicity I threw out matches ending in draws and surrender - all data is compiled from wins and losses. Here are the results from 119 of the top Bronze league (wild format) battles from Wednesday, September 11, 2024:

   • Dragon splinter held its own in low mana cap battles (16 mana or lower), defeating the enemy in 6 of those matchups.
     
     

2. Earth
   Win rate: 58.18% [32/55]
   

   
   
   Earth splinter had the most success against Earth, beating its own element 12 times in today's top Bronze league (wild) battles.

   • This splinter was effective with the Even Stevens ruleset, where Earth won 4 times.

   • Earth splinter held its own in high mana cap battles (greater than 46 mana), defeating the enemy in 10 of those battles.
     
     

3. Water
   Win rate: 47.92% [23/48]
   

   
   
   Water splinter had the most success against Water, defeating its identical element 11 times in today's top Bronze league (wild) battles.
   • Water splinter held its own in battles with mana caps higher than 46, winning 5 of those matchups.
