Splinterlands: Weekly Battle mage secrets submission with the theme Rise Of Commons

Welcome splinterlands gaming fans!
Hope doing well in splinterlands and enjoying play2earn alot. Today having fun with Rise Of The Commons ruleset.

Without a ruleset, without a challenge, we can't imagine the fun. Fortunately, splinterlands provides everything for the players. Now an interesting ruleset got in the form of Rise Of Commons. It means one has to battle without Legendary, Epic monsters. Like back to basics, Silenced Summoner, here is extreme fun for the players to battle with common monsters. This time I got high Mana gameplay for the battle, so it was going to be interesting.

Rise Of The Commons

Some particular Rarity monsters will not be available for the battle. One has to miss legendary, Epic monsters. It means players have to select their battle squad from common and rare Monsters. In this situation Soulbound summoners become more effective with Gladius cards.

CONQUEROR THE JACEK

Conqueror the Jacek is a really impressive legendary summoner with speed and piercing and scattershot. I got 51 Mana for the battle, so it was the appropriate summoner with Piercing and speed.
It is a Legendary summoner of Chaos Legion Edition. Dice edition gave some good summoners to the players like Mylore Crowling and Lorna Shine but Chaos Legion gave dual buffs summoners like Tarsa, Kelya Frendul and Obsidian.
I wanted to utilize its speed, Piercing and scattershot in high Mana gameplay that's why I gave priority to Fire unit, 7 mana legendary summoner Conqueror the Jacek.

BATTLE RULESET AND MANA
It was just 51 Mana gameplay. You can't imagine without Epic, legendary it is huge Mana for common and rare Monsters. First I wanted to use Soulbound summoners but finally I decided to use speed based 7 Mana legendary summoner Conqueror the Jacek.
Only two splinter Fire and Earth were active for the battle. In case of ruleset then three ruleset Rise Of the Commons, Earthquake and Heavy Hitters were applied for The battle.

Rise Of the Commons
It means legendary Epic Monster will be in off mode and one has to battle with common and rare Monsters.

Earthquake
Non flying Monster will get 2x damage in the beginning of each round. Snare ability monster will be effective.

Heavy Hitters
All attacking monsters will have knockout ability and will double damage to the Stunned Monsters.

TEAM COMBINATION AND BATTLE LINEUP
Only two splinters were active for the battle so there was no plenty of option to use Flying ability monster. I was not willing to use an Earth unit where I could find at least 3 flying ability monsters. Rather my priority was high Mana Monsters with armor.
That's why I was using not only the rust ability Living Lava but also using armor and Repair based monster Ferox Defender in my battle squad. Two sneak ability monster Sandworm and Tenyii Striker. I was little curious taking opponents sneak specially Gladius Earth unit card that's why at last position I placed Retaliate ability Dumacke. I was using single range attack monster Gobson Bomber in the middle. Actually I wanted to utilize it's recharge ability with rust. It was my team combination with that I was against a strong opponent.

LIVING LAVA

It is a rare Melee attack Monster that is designed especially for reverse speed ruleset. It is and useful Fire unit monster with Rust and Shield.
I was using this rare Monster especially for its Rust ability. This Monster comes with 3 armor, 8 health, 3 Melee attack and single speed in 7 Mana.
Due to Shield it is a very useful Monster against Melee and ranged attacks.

FEROX DEFENDER

It is a protect ability common monster from the Fire unit. There were two reasons to use this file unit monster. First I wanted to utilize it's Protect ability and second it's Repair ability.
Actually I was not using any flying ability monster in My Battle squad so I decided to use armor, Rust and Repair to protect my monsters.
It is an 8 Mana monster with 5 armor, 8 health. It is a Melee monster with 2 Melee attack and 3 speed. It is not a reach ability Monster yet I placed it at second position.

TENYII STRIKER

It is a 5 Mana sneak ability Melee monster from Fire Unit. I was using this Monster for its pretty good four Melee attack.
This Monster comes with two abilities Dodge and sneak but one more ability knockout getting from battle ruleset.
In 5 Mana we get 4 Melee attack, 3 speed with 7 health. I was using 6 level of it so I was getting additional Dodge ability.

SAND WORM

It is a beast monster in 9 Manna. Although it's health is very low in comparison to its Mana, I was getting Snare ability in the earthquake ruleset, so I selected in the battle squad.
Besides it, it's a pretty good six Melee attack attack to everyone.
I was using 7 levels of it and at this level we get 6 Melee attacks, 3 speed including 7 health. With sneak, Snare always provides extra benefits specially against flying ability monsters.

GOBSON BOMBER

In My Battle squad, most of the monster were Melee attack. This time I was not in mood to use magic attack rather my fath was with Melee attacks.
It was the single Range card that I was using with Camouflage ability. Actually I wanted to utilise it's Recharge ability.
I know that it was going to get damage in third round due to non flying monster. But as I was using armour based monster so it was my belief that it will able to do single attack then there will be huge damage to opponent lineup.
This seven Mana Monster comes with recharge, piercing and Camouflage ability. At level 8 we get 3 range attack, 5 speed and 4 health.

DUMACKE ORC

It was the last Monster that I was using not for attack but for Retaliate . I was hoping that my opponent will come with Soulbound summoner and Gladius card that's why I placed it at last position.
My doubt was perfect and my opponent came with Gladius sneak ability Melee monster Katrelba Gobson. You must have seen that this time most of the players use it to get bloody bloodlust.
Gobson hit with double strike and got damaged due to Retaliate of Orc.
Orc is a single health Monster but we get pretty good 8 armor, 3 Melee attack and 2 speed.
So it was my battle lineup with that I was facing strong opponent in earthquake ruleset. Despite no flying ability monster, my team able to win this battle just loosing two monsters.

MY BATTLE STRATEGY IN RISE OF COMMONS

As I have already said that Splinterlands is an interesting gaming platform where every step players get lots of thrill and reward.

In Rise Of Commons, one has to battle with only common and rare Monsters. No doubt it is really good rule set especially for the players who has no pretty good number of legendary and Epic cards.
My strategy was clear, especially taking the battle rule set that was applied for the battle. Earthquake was in my mind but I was not using any flying ability monster in My Battle squad. Actually I was not going to choose an Earth unit where I could get some flying ability monster.
This time I decided to use speed and piercing with rust,Repair and protect. It was just four Round battle and my team was survived due to armor. In first round earthquake damaged but to the armours.
Snare of sand worm disturb the opponent's lineup.
Opponents whole battle was around to Katrelba Gobson and Flying ability monster but Orc removed to Gobson and sand worm disturbed flying with Snare. This made my way easier and I won the battle without much effort.
