Greetings everyone!
Hello splinterlands player's welcome back to my blog. Hope everyone is enjoying this season and goes well as ups and downs are just part of this game. There are only 7days more left before this season ends and hope you have done well and achieve your goals, well I have also done well hoping that I get the better rewards from last season. No matter whatever it is. this all are just the side topic of the best game even though in earning and playing also "SPLINTERLANDS".
Okay so now let's talk about the scholarship program about the splinterlands or also about the leader to offering newbies in the game and also to garb them a well and good enough opportunity.
SELECTING OF STUDENTS
The first thing ever as a leader I would say to choose the students who have interest to learn the game, because if they won't have any interest to learn the game they won't win the game and they would also waste the time of both the person. So it will be the one of the most important process to do to play the battle.
TRAINING AND PERFORMANCE
As after selecting the basic next step will be about the training given by the leader to the students, he need to help the people how the game has been played share all the things about the game strategy and knowledge to the people he have so that they get to start play the game and learn the things. And after learning the game the next step will be to check the performance of the every student so that it should be know where their situation has been ended like are they ready to play at higher level or not. Or need to give more practice to the students.
As and feedback
After learning all the students let them know that they have been in the correct position or not like as the students will fill the feed back form your reputation in the market will increase more and this might also get you more students and increase your value of your name among the people as an good leader. This is the most important thing as an leader to be done by him.
So these might be some things which should be done under my thinking to become as a scholar and a leader for the one of the best game ever online (SPLINTERLANDS) because I think this is only one of the best game which is to be played with earning also. If you are not playing this game then I think you might missing some best opportunity to play the games. You should start playing and for sure you will get addiction to this game.
