I was a vegetarian as a teen and lived with vegans for a long time. Look, it's possible and has health benefits but only if you're are working closely with a qualified nutritionist. You can still be vegetarian, overweight and deprived of certain vitamins and minerals. I learned to love steak too much to give that up again though, I'm afraid! Thanks for the food for thought!

I guess you had a fair trial during your vegan days. Mine was just for a week. I wouldn't want to dare again. I love steak too. So much that I can't have a meal without it.
