Hello friends, I hope you are happy and healthy. Today i will share my first recipe Protein powder. This recipe very essay and useful with very less ingredients. Now every person serious about health. Many person using protein powder. But in market protein powder very costly. This powder ready invery low price. So lets start with tha hope you all of like this.

Ingredients---
Rostted chana (chickeapea) -50g.
Almond - 15
Oats - 2 tbs
Chuare ( dry dates) - 3
Sugar/mishri (rock candy) - 6tbs


First cut the dates after that toast almond
, dates, and oats in slow flame.

After cool down the ingredients grind the ingrediens somyh powder


Your protein powder is ready
