My Daughter's Favorite Spicy French Fries

French fries are very popular with children.My children like spicy fries.they become crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Originating in Belgium, despite their name, French fries have become a staple in many cuisines around the world. I'll share the recipe for these spicy fries with you!

🌞 Potatoes (cut into fries) -3
🌞orange food color 1/4 teaspoon
🌞 Gram flour (besan) - 2 teaspoon
🌞 Semolina (suji) - 1teaspoon
🌞 Chaat masala - 1 teaspoon
🌞Red chili powder -1teaspoon
🌞 Salt
🌞Garam masala 1/4teaspoon
🌞 Lemon juice
🌞 Oil (for frying)
🌞oregano
𝙎𝙩𝙚𝙥, 𝙗𝙮 𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙥 𝙈𝙚𝙩𝙝𝙤𝙙

𝙋𝙧𝙚𝙥𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙋𝙤𝙩𝙖𝙩𝙤𝙚𝙨:
🌺 Cut the potatoes into French fry shapes.Rinse the fries in cold water to remove excess starch.

𝘽𝙡𝙖𝙣𝙘𝙝 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙋𝙤𝙩𝙖𝙩𝙤𝙚𝙨:
🌺 Boil water in a pot and add the potato fries.Blanch the fries in hot water for 1 minutes.

🌺 Immediately transfer the fries to a bowl of cold water. Drain the fries using a sieve and pat them dry with a paper towel.

🌺Add the dried potato fries to the bowl.
🌺add the red food color, gram flour (besan), semolina (suji), chaat masala, red chili powder, salt, garam masala, and lemon juice.

🌺Toss them well until the fries are evenly coated with the spice mixture.

Fry the Fries:
🌺 Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium-high heat.Once the oil is hot, carefully add the coated potato fries in batches.

🌺Fry the fries until they are golden brown and crispy. Use a slotted spoon to remove the fries from the oil and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.

Serve:
🌺 Serve the potato fries topped with oregano along with tomato sauce.
