๐ 1 cup gram flour (besan)
๐ 1 teaspoon carom seeds (ajwain)
๐ 1 teaspoon cumin seeds (jeera)
๐1 teaspoon turmeric powder
๐ 1 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
๐ 1 teaspoon fennel seeds
๐1 teaspoon dried mango powder
๐Salt to taste
๐ Water, as needed
๐ Oil for deep frying

Add finely chopped onions and saute until golden brown. Mix in the boiled and mashed potatoes, salt, and any additional spices to taste. Ensure all ingredients are well combined.

My mother also makes chili pakodas but she doesn't add any spices inside, she just dips the chili's outside in besan and then fry it well in oil.
But It seems good and i think it's taste was also better๐๐ป
