I hope you are happy and healthy today i will share a new recipe gobhi ke sabji cauliflower sabzi recipe . an easy and simple curry recipe made with cauliflower florets in a onion and tomato sauce. it is an ideal day to day curry which can be made within minutes as it does not require any fancy ingredients. it makes an ideal side dish to traditional rotis or phulkas but can also be served as side dish curry with rice. My family is a huge fan of this dish and they love it anytime My homemade Aloo Gobi stir fry is healthy, easy to make in one pan and tastes delicious too. It also goes well in the school and office lunch boxes. I mostly make the restaurant style gravy version on the weekends or occasions, to go with our favorite jeera rice and butter naan.So let's start: ways to make it🥦

🥦INGREDIENTS 🥦
🥦250 gram cauliflower 🥦(fhool gobhi)
🥦2 spoon oil
🥦2 chopped onions 🧅
🥦2 small chopped tomatoes🍅
🥦teaspoon fenugreek
🥦half teaspoon turmeric powder
🥦Half teaspoon red chilli powder
🥦half teaspoon coriander powder
🥦half teaspoon garam masala
🥦 Coriander leaves to sprinkle on top🌿

🌿Method of making cauliflower vegetable 🌿

1.🥦First of all, wash and cut the cauliflower.

2.🥦 Now heat oil in the pan Add fenugreek, then add chopped onion and let it cook until the onion turns golden.

3.🥦After that add turmeric powder red chilli powder coriander powder And salt as per taste mix everything well, then add chopped tomatoes and add some water to it and let it cook for 5 minutes.When tomatoes melt, add cauliflower and mix with all the spices and let it .Cover and cook till 10 to 15 minutes the cauliflower is done.

4.🌿Add the chopped coriander leaves
Serve with freshly cooked rice Roti and Puri..
