Saturday morning and the perfect time to sit down in front of the computer and hit the keyboard to complete the weekly Battle Mage Secrets challenge. This week the @splinterlands team proposes us to analyse the Keep your Distance battle condition So let's dive into my history to find a battle that matches the level that this wonderful weekly challenge demands and deserves. Esta semana el equipo de @splinterlands nos propone analizar la condición de batalla Keep your Distance. Así que vamos a bucear en mi historial para buscar una batalla acorde al nivel que se exige y se merece este maravilloso reto semanal. No te vayas aún y acompáñame en este nuevo análisis. Comenzamos pues.
As always, we start with the gameplay provided by this week's battle condition. In this case, as I've already told you in the introduction, Keep your Distance. This week's condition is a pretty simple one: it removes all cards with melee attack from the usage options, so you know, those great tanks that we're used to using are no longer an option. Also, the shield is going to be much less important than in a regular battle, and magic attack is going to be, once again, the key.
Como siempre, comenzamos con la jugabilidad que aporta la condición de batalla de esta semana. En este caso, como ya te he adelantado en la introducción, Keep your Distance. Esta semana es una condición bastante simple: su aporte es que elimina de las opciones de uso todas las cartas que cuenten con ataque cuerpo a cuerpo. Así que ya sabes, esos magníficos tanques que solemos utilizar ya no van a ser una opción. Además, la importancia del escudo va a ser mucho menor que en una batalla al uso y el ataque mágico volverá a ser, una vez más, determinante.
I'm going to take advantage of the Splinterlands six year celebration tournament to set up a lineup with all cards at max level and try out cards I don't have and won't ever have like Scarred LLama which is going to be the summoner of choice this week.

The first card chosen goes to Regal Peryton with his magic attack and a more than acceptable level of vitality.

Another card with magic attack and one of the most used cards in my daily battles goes in this second position. It's time for Centauri Mage in my battle strategy.

At the moment I have the chosen cards in my roster, although obviously not at the highest level. Mycelic Slipspawn comes into play now.

This is a card I always had in mind to buy but never got around to it. Mushroon Seer is possibly the next card that is my investment target and it's the one that occupies the fourth position.

In every full battle we must include a healer and I'm going to put him here. Goblin Psychic will have the mission of healing the rest of the cards.

The last card is also one I don't have in my deck. Prismatic Energy will be chosen to close my line-up and complete my strategy in this interesting tournament battle.

Rival is @hariton who also forms a deck taking advantage of the possibility to use absolutely every card in the Splinterlands universe. I only know two of the cards in his line-up, so I'm telling you everything. I hope I'm lucky and that my strategy with the Crazy Flame will help me score points in this great tournament. Well, a nice victory that brings me closer to the possibility of winning a prize in this tournament celebrating six years of Splinterlands. The battle rule has no complications beyond having to organise your strategy and line-up without using melee cards. As you may have noticed, the battle condition isn't exactly difficult to understand and strategise accordingly. A new edition next week and we look forward to seeing what's in store...

La regla de batalla no tiene ninguna complicación más allá de tener que organizar la estrategia y la alineación sin utilizar cartas con ataque cuerpo a cuerpo. Como ya te habrás dado cuenta, la condición de batalla no es precisamente dificil de entender y de plantear una estrategia acorde a ella.
