Social Media Challenge: Thunderhoof Nomad [EN - ESP]
Good afternoon everyone and welcome to another week of sharing challenges from the @splinterlands team. You know that my contribution to the Social Media Challenge is the analysis of a card that has caught my attention during the week and, this time, it is going to be a card from the new edition. For now, this Wednesday, we're going to look at a card from the nature deck for you to enjoy. Let's get started without further introduction.
Buenas tardes a todos y bienvenidos a una nueva semana de compartir los retos que nos propone el equipo de @splinterlands. Ya sabes que mi aporte al Social Media Challenge es el análisis de alguna carta que me haya llamado la atención durante la semana y, esta vez, va a ser una carta de la nueva edición. Y, seguramente, esta semana haya doble análisis de la nueva remesa de cartas recién llegadas al juego. De momento, este miércoles, vamos con el análisis de una carta del mazo de naturaleza para que la disfrutes. Comenzamos sin más introducciones.
The card analysed in this episode is a centaur. A card with a magic attack and a special ability already at level 1 that is more than appetising. I have to say that I have to congratulate the designer of this new edition because most of the cards are really cool and in the case of Thunderhoof Nomad the design is absolutely beautiful. But let's get down to the nitty-gritty, a card from the nature deck with magic attack and rare in the game's rarity rankings.
La carta analizada en este episodio es un centauro. Una carta que cuenta con ataque mágico y con una habilidad especial ya en el nivel 1 más que apetecible. He de decir que tengo que felicitar al diseñador de esta nueva edición porque la mayoría de las cartas son una auténtica pasada. Y en el caso de Thunderhoof Nomad el diseño es absolutamente precioso. Pero vamos a lo importante, carta del mazo de naturaleza con ataque mágico y rara en la clasificación de rarezas del juego.
What does Thunderhoof Nomad offer us for our battlefield strategies? Well, at the moment, one point of magic attack, two points of speed and two points of life for a summoning mana cost of just three points. As for special abilities, it has Reflection Shield, which means that damage-reflecting abilities don't affect it, which is always important for cards with magic attack. As he evolves, he will gain, in addition to Reflection Shield, Strengthen at level 4 and, finally, Triage at level 8, where he will also have 2 attack points, 3 speed points and four vitality points.
¿Qué nos ofrece Thunderhoof Nomad para nuestras estrategias en el campo de batalla? Pues, de momento, un punto de ataque mágico, dos de velocidad y dos de vida a cambio de un coste de maná de invocación de, tan solo, tres puntos. En cuanto a las habilidades especiales cuenta con Reflection Shield lo que provoca que las habilidades que reflejan daño no le afecten. Algo siempre importante para las cartas con ataque mágico. A medida que vaya evolucionando va a ganar, adem´sa de Reflection Shield, Strengthen a nivel 4 y, por último, Triage a nivel 8 donde contará, además, con 2 puntos de ataque, 3 de velocidad y cuatro de vitalidad.
Let's get down to the nitty-gritty: seeing the analysed card in action on the battlefield. I've chosen a battle that pits me against @torari who will be playing a nature deck and Obsidian in the summoner slot. He doesn't use rewards cards so my Thunderhoof Nomad will be the only one in combat. 58 mana points available and battle conditions present Wands Out, Little League and Noxious Fumes. Let's get down to business.
Vamos con lo realmente importante: ver en acción la carta analizada sobre el campo de batalla. He elegido una batalla que me enfrenta a @torari que formará con mazo de naturaleza y Obsidian en el puesto de invocadora. No utiliza cartas rewards por lo que mi Thunderhoof Nomad será la única en combate. 58 puntos de maná disponibles y condiciones de batalla presentes Wands Out, Little League y Noxious Fumes. Al lío.
A crushing victory against an opponent who chose their strategy and cards very poorly. Thunderhoof Nomad managed one round of attack in this gameplay analysis battle. Thunderhoof Nomad was a quick win with little to no resistance from the opponent. I will review Thunderhoof Nomad again in the future when I take it to at least level 4 to analyse it with the Strengthen ability.
Victoria aplastante ante un rival que eligió realmente mal tanto su estrategia como sus cartas. Una ronda de ataque pudo realizar Thunderhoof Nomad en esta batalla con la que se analiza su jugabilidad. Poca historia en un combate ganado por la vía rápida y sin apenas resistencia del rival. En el futuro volveré a hacer un análisis de Thunderhoof Nomad cuando la lleve, como mínimo, al nivel 4 para analizarla con la habilidad Strengthen.
