Cliffs of Silver Springs Lake

Here at Silver Springs Lakes, there are these massive rock cliffs, which really look spectacular! We were told that this is a popular area for “cliff jumping”. We did not see any jumpers at this particular moment, but on the way back, a large group of kids magically appeared and were having a blast cliff jumping. Doesn’t this look like the perfect spot to jump into fresh lake water? I’d say so. For now, hiking is the objective for today, didn’t bring my swimming trunks anyways. Next time, will plan on it though. Did you do any cliff jumping last Summer?

Silver Springs Lakes sounds like an amazing place! Those rock cliffs must be quite a sight. It definitely seems like the perfect spot for some thrilling cliff jumping. Hiking is a great way to enjoy the scenery too, and it sounds like you had a wonderful time exploring.

As for me, I didn't do any cliff jumping last summer, but it sounds like a lot of fun! Have you ever tried it before, or would this be your first time? 😊 drift boss

That looks like a very high place to jump off a cliff for a swim, unless maybe it's a very deep River. Beautiful shots though. The depth of the converage is unbelievable

I'll pass on that ice cold water thanks... Beautiful for a photographer like yourself though. I really like that fourth one down in color. Just peaking through the branches is the gorgeous water. Nicely done!
