♥ VULGUINE ♥

¡Hola a todos! Estuve ausente por mucho tiempo, estaba ocupado en algunos proyectos de ilustración, ahora he vuelto y he querido terminar de pintar el boceto que hace tiempo dibujé para este concurso de @splinterlands, en esta oportunidad elegí la carta "VULGUINE" del splinter de luz.

Hello everyone! I was absent for a long time, I was busy in some illustration projects, now I'm back and I wanted to finish painting the sketch I drew some time ago for this contest, this time I chose the card "VULGUINE" from the splinter of light.

En esta oportunidad quise dibujarla con el cabello largo para simular el pelaje de la bestia, además de una ropa roja. Las manos serían un factor importante así que las posicioné en un lugar que llamara la atención.	Luego comencé a desarrollar mejor la idea y decidí agregar una cola, cortar el cabello y colocar más pelaje en la ropa. Esto fue el boceto final y me convenció aún más el desarrollo final que tuvo. Así que sólo faltaba comenzar a pintarlo, para esto tenía algunas ideas en mente.
This time I wanted to draw her with long hair to simulate the fur of the beast, as well as red clothes. The hands would be an important factor so I positioned them in a place that would attract attention.	Then I started to develop the idea further and decided to add a tail, cut the hair and put more fur on the clothes. This was the final sketch and I was even more convinced by the final development it had. So all that was left was to start painting it, for this I had some ideas in mind.

Estos fueron los colores planos del personaje, serían muy similares a la referencia original. El fondo sería el mismo diseño en los cuales he venido dibujando a los personajes. En esta fase estaba convencido que el resultado me iba a gustar. Entonces comencé a pintarlo poco a poco probando algunos pinceles nuevos que descargué.

These were the flat colors of the character, they would be very similar to the original reference. The background would be the same design in which I have been drawing the characters. At this stage I was convinced that I was going to like the result. Then I started to paint it little by little trying some new brushes that I downloaded.

Tenía mucho miedo de pintar el pelaje, puesto que nunca lo había hecho. Habías visto ilustraciones donde el pelaje estaba muy bien pintado y quería inspirarme en eso, pero la verdad es que siento que logré un 40/100% de lo que quería. Sin embargo, no está tan mal para mi gusto.

I was very afraid to paint the fur, since I had never done it before. I had seen illustrations where the fur was very well painted and I wanted to be inspired by that, but the truth is that I feel I achieved 40/100% of what I wanted. However, it's not too bad for my taste.

Luego de dedicarle un poco más de tiempo al pelaje de la ropa y la cola logré quedar más satisfecho. Siento que es un buen personaje humanizado de la carta VULGUINE. Estaré tratando de participar más a menudo, hay muchos personajes que me gustaría hacer a mi estilo. ♥

After spending a little more time on the fur on the clothes and tail I managed to be more satisfied. I feel it's a good humanized character from the card: VULGUINE. I will be trying to participate more often, there are many characters I would like to make in my style. ♥
