Greetings to the Splinterlands community, and everyone who lives there, I am pleased to be here to participate in the Splinterlands Art Contest Week 292.


Last week I made a fan-art of a very nice CHAOS card called "Riftwatchers Water ” of which the element that the main character was carrying in his hands caught my attention and I decided to make a pendant for a necklace using the quilling technique. For this week I wanted to work with the same card and complete a set of accessories but this time I wanted to make a pair of hanging tendrils with the element that the character carries in the glove he wears in his hand.

Hola a mis queridos Hivers y a la querida comunidad de artistas #Jewelry, como siempre muy complacida y emocionada de encontrarme por acá nuevamente, mostrándole mi trabajo hecho con mucho amor y especialmente para ustedes.


Un saludo para la comunidad de Splinterlands, y todos los que hacen vida por allí, me gratifica estar por acá para participar en el Splinterlands Art Contest Week 292.


La semana anterior realice un fan-art de una carta muy linda de CHAOS llamada "Riftwatchers Water" de la cual me llamo la atención el elemento que llevaba el personaje principal en sus manos y decidí hacer un dije para collar en la técnica de quilling. Pues para esta semana quise trabajar con la misma carta y completar un conjunto de accesorios pero esta vez realizar un par de zarcillos colgantes con el elemento que trae el personaje en el guante que lleva en su mano.

• Let's start taking black quilling ribbon 5mm wide, in my case I cut strips of black cardboard because I had no ribbons, ready and cut, with the help of the quilling needle we will roll, before finishing with the ribbon we will place a medium ring of costume jewelry, we continue rolling until we finish with the same, we take out the needle we seal with extra strong bank glue, to obtain a tight circle, we will need 2 equal pieces.
  
  
• We will take both circles and with gold color paint, with a brush we will paint very carefully around the outside of each of the circles, let them dry very well.

• Vamos a comenzar tomando cinta para quilling de color negra de 5mm de ancho, en mi caso corte tiras de una cartulina de color negro ya que carecía de cintas, ya listas y cortadas, con ayuda de la aguja para quilling enrollaremos, antes de finalizar con la cinta colocaremos una argolla mediana de bisutería, seguimos enrollando hasta finalizar con la misma,sacamos de la aguja sellamos con pega banca extra fuerte, para obtener un circulo apretado, necesitaremos 2 piezas iguales.


• Tomaremos ambos círculos y con pintura color dorado, con un pincel pitaremos con mucho cuidado alrededor por a parte de afuera de cada uno de los círculos, dejamos secar muy bien.

• To make the detail of the cross in the circle we will take a piece of quilling tape 3mm wide blue color, we will glue in the center of it in a cross shape, we will do it on both sides in the 2 circles.
  
  
• We are going to decorate the center of the cross by placing small costume jewelry crystals.
  
  
• Once decorated we will apply a few coats of extra strong white glue to give protection, plasticizing and shine to the piece, we will let it dry very well.
  
  
• Finally we will place the bases for hanging tendrils (hooks), to which I previously placed a blue pearl to give it more showiness, also use to assemble the tendril, another small costume jewelry ring so that it is a little longer.

This way we have ready this pair of hanging earrings, which I made to complete the set of accessories, which I made inspired by some elements of the Chaos card "Riftwatchers Water ”..

• Para hacer el detalle de la cruz en el circulo tomaremos un trozo de cinta para quilling de 3mm de ancho color azul,pegaremos en el centro del mismo en forma cruzada, lo haremos por ambos lados en los 2 círculos.


• Vamos a decorar el centro de la cruz colocando cristales pequeños de bisutería.


• Una vez decorados aplicaremos unas capas de pega blanca extra fuerte para darle protección, plastificado y brillo a la pieza, dejaremos secar muy bien.


• Por ultimo colocaremos las bases para zarcillos colgantes (anzuelos), a los que coloque previamente una perla de color azul para darle mayor vistosidad, también utilice para ensamblar el zarcillo, otra argolla de bisutería pequeña para que el mismo quede un poco mas largo.

De esta manera tenemos listo este par de zarcillos colgantes, que realice para completar el conjunto de accesorios, que realice inspirado en algunos elementos de la carta Chaos "Riftwatchers Water ".
