Hello Splinter Fanatics!

This month Splinterlands celebrates its 6th anniversary in the crypto universe. And to celebrate this special date, several events will be taking place until the 31st of this month. To find out more about the event, read the post: Celebrating Six Years of Splinterlands!.

Unlike most NFT games, Splinterlands is still alive today. Because many of these games are very short-lived. But Splinterlands is different and has a very solid economy, as well as being a simple and fun game.

The Splinterlands team has done an excellent job, because it's not easy to achieve this feat, since so many games have been born and died during these 6 years. At the time of the NFT gaming boom, we had several games that are no longer alive, such as BombCrypto and Cryptocars.

I came across Splinterlands in mid-2021, when I was looking for a way to earn extra income because of the videos I had watched about Axie Infinite. However, I wanted to find a game that was a little more off the beaten track, because when it came to NFT games, Axie was the only one you heard about.

Well, I found Splinterlands through a Brazilian youtuber. So, after studying a lot about the game, I jumped in and even bought some assets to start playing. It was my first choice and the right one. While many games came out, some stayed alive for a few months and others were hit.

I've always been a fan of card games, as a kid I loved playing Yu-Gi-Oh! The Duelists of the Roses on the PS2. That made me love Splinterlnds and to this day I'm a regular player. Every day is a little surprise in this universe. What keeps me going is the solidity and the friends I've made during my time playing.

Over time, I've built up my card collection and increased my assets in the game. For a long time, I was always buying cards to increase the power of my collection. But then, with the split into two formats: Wild and Modern. I decided to play only the Modern format, which consists of the latest cards in the game, which are currently the most expensive to rent and buy. The rewards are also better, but the battles are fiercer and require a greater investment.

I currently play the mordeno format in the Gold league. However, as most of my cards are only from the Chaos Legion edition, which is the cheapest due to its high liquidity, battles are difficult because opponents use other cards from newer editions, which gives them a certain advantage.

Over the three years that I've been playing Splinterlands, I've seen the game change several times and I've also evolved with the changes in Splinterlands. Today I can say that I'm a better player than I was three years ago. My current goal is to buy some Summoners by observing the recent drop in card prices.

Splinterlands is a game of strategy and patience, so my recommendation is to take your time and study the main cards that make the most sense for your strategy. That's my main advice for anyone who wants to succeed in Splinterlands!

Diferente da maioria dos jogos NFTs, Splinterlands se mantem vivo até os dias de hoje. Pois, vários desses jogos desse gênero tem a vida muito curta. Mas, Splinterlands é diferente e possui uma economia bastante sólida, além de ser um jogo simples e divertido.

A equipe de Splinterlands fez um excelente trabalho, pois não é nada fácil realizar essa proeza, pois tantos jogos nasceram e morreram durante esses 6 anos. Na época do "Boom" dos jogos NFTs tivemos vários jogos que já nem vivo estão, como BombCrypto e Cryptocars.

Eu conheci Splinterlands em meados de 2021, quando estava buscando uma forma de renda extra devido aos videos que havia assistido sobre Axie Infinite. Porém, eu queria encontrar um jogo um pouco mais fora dos radares da grande massa, pois quando se falava em jogos NFTs só se ouvia falar em Axie.

Pois bem, encontrei Splinterlands através de um youtuber brasileiro. Então, estudando bastante sobre o jogo entrei de cabeça e até comprei alguns ativos para começar a jogar. Foi a minha primeira escolha e a mais acertada, enquanto muitos jogos surgiam alguns ficavam vivo durante poucos meses outros eram golpe.

Eu sempre fui fã de jogos de cartas, quando garoto eu amava jogar Yu-Gi-Oh! The Duelists of the Roses, no PS2. O que mim fez ama Splinterlnds e até hoje ser um jogador assíduo. Cada dia é uma pequena surpresa nesse universo. O que mim faz permanecer ativo é a solidez e os amigos que fiz durante esse periodo que jogo.

Ao longo do tempo, eu fui construindo a minha coleção de cartas e aumentando meus ativos no jogo. Por um longo periodo, eu sempre comprava cartas para aumentar o poder da minha coleção. Mas, depois com a separação em dois formatos: Wild e Modern. Eu decidi ficar jogando somente no formato Modern, onde são composto pelas cartas mais recentes do jogo, que atualmente são as mais caras de se alugar e comprar. As recompensas também são melhores, porém as batalhas são mais acirradas e requerem um maior investimento.

Atualmente, jogo no formato mordeno na liga Gold. Mas, como a maioria das minhas carta é somente da edição Chaos Legion, que é a mais barata devido a sua alta liquidez, as batalhas são dificieis, pois os oponentes utilizam outras cartas de edições mais novas, o que dar uma certa vantagem.

Ao longo de 3 anos, que faz parte de Splinterlands eu vi o jogo mudar várias vezes e eu também evolui com as mudanças de Splinterlands. Hoje eu posso dizer que sou um jogador melhor que a 3 anos atrás. Minha meta atual é comprar alguns Invocadores observando a queda recente nos preços das cartas.

Splinterlands é um jogo de estratégia e paciência, então minha recomendação é dedicar tempo e estudar as principais cartas, que mais façam sentido para tua estratégia. Esse é o meu principal conselho para quem quer ter sucesso em Splinterlands!
