No creerán las cosas que me pasaron hoy, creo que es un milagro que esté publicando, porque uno de mis discos duros se dañó, mi PC arrancó por el disco duro viejo y perdí algunas cosas que no había respaldado, con ello la mitad de este diseño que ya tenía adelantado. Menos mal que tengo estudios de informática y pude solventar. El resto del día de hoy fue para recuperar y respaldar información, luego me senté a drenar en mi diseño esas emociones de miedo y frustración que traía pues inexplicablemente dejó de funcionar sin avisar.

Creo que fue mejor esa pausa, esas emociones, porque pude acomodar ciertas cosas que no me agradaban del diseño, al que desde el principio, quise humanizarlo más y agregarle cabello, me parece que logré soltura y movimiento deseada.

En cuanto a otros detalles, ustedes saben que a mi se me dificulta crear arte oscuro, pero ya esto es un gran avance para mí que todo termino dibujando tierno, este es aterrador para mi gusto, ¡Jajajaja!

La boca, los dientes, no tenía idea cómo integrarlos puesto que la referencia es más anime, en realismo, fue bastante difícil, quizá es la parte menos lograda del diseño.

Igual es un placer estar acá, compartiendo con todos.

You will not believe the things that happened to me today, I think it is a miracle that I am publishing, because one of my hard drives got damaged, my PC booted through the old hard drive and I lost some things that I had not backed up, with it half of this design that I had already advanced. Fortunately I have a computer science degree and I was able to solve it. The rest of today was to recover and back up information, then I sat down to drain in my design those emotions of fear and frustration that I had because it inexplicably stopped working without warning.


I think it was better that pause, those emotions, because I was able to accommodate certain things that I did not like about the design, which from the beginning, I wanted to humanize it more and add hair, I think I achieved the desired looseness and movement.


As for other details, you know that it's difficult for me to create dark art, but this is already a great advance for me that I end up drawing everything tender. This one is scary for my taste, hahahaha!


The mouth, the teeth, I had no idea how to integrate them since the reference is more anime, in realism, it was quite difficult, maybe it's the least successful part of the design.

Step by Step / Paso a Paso

Realizo el boceto, noto algo de desproporción, sin embargo pensé que lo repararía más adelante.

En el color base noté la misma falla, no fue durante el sombreado de parte de la vestimenta que pude ajustar un poco la imagen.

Sin embargo me divertí y pase horas en el cabello, a cambiar de disco duro, perdí pinceles que ya había hecho con ello mi pincel Pelo, sin embargo recordaba cómo lo había personalizado y lo volví a crear, me contenta que funcionara aun mejor, pues el efecto en el cabello fue estupendo, por supuesto que usé otros pinceles más como el pincel pluma (gruesa) y aerógrafo.

I make the sketch, I notice some disproportion, however I thought I would fix it later.


In the base color I noticed the same flaw, it was not during the shading of part of the clothing that I could adjust the image a little.


However I had fun and spent hours on the hair, to change the hard disk, I lost brushes that I had already made with it my Hair brush, however I remembered how I had customized it and I recreated it, I was happy that it worked even better, because the effect on the hair was great, of course I used other brushes more like the feather brush (thick) and airbrush.

Aplico sombreado y luz en el gorro, los detalles fueron logrados con el uso de varios pinceles, Acuarela, pluma redonda, aplicando parcialmente la misma técnica que aplico para sombrear piel.

En este paso aplico el sombreado de piel, como es blanca, aplico colores intensos, negro en los ojos, grises y mirando la imagen de referencia no guarda muchos detalles, en el siguiente paso tan solo mezclo el color con el mismo pincel y perfil la nariz y las cejas, así como se hizo necesario dibujar parte de los ojos.

I apply shading and light on the cap, the details were achieved with the use of several brushes, watercolor, round pen, applying partially the same technique that I apply to shade the skin.


In this step I apply the skin shading, as it is white, I apply intense colors, black in the eyes, grays and looking at the reference image it doesn't keep many details, in the next step I just mix the color with the same brush and outline the nose and eyebrows, as well as it became necessary to draw part of the eyes.

Step 3️⃣/ paso 3️⃣

Trato de continuar fiel a la referencia y a mi estilo, por lo que los ojos los dejé con ese color rojo. Mientras avanzo voy pensando en mejorar los dientes porque hacen que mi diseño se vea plano.

Luego de tantas horas apreciando cómo, pude ver que faltaba sombra por detrás de los dientes, al colocarla mejoró notablemente.

Aplico los detalles al resto de la ropa, esta vez con aerografía y el resto lo hice de una forma más plana y arrastrando el color con el pincel dedo, me encantó ese efecto.

El fondo fue logrado con varios pinceles, aerografía, Whatercolor (rough) y mantuve ese estilo medio dark y sangriento que he estado haciendo estos últimos diseños.

Son capas y capas de trabajo, o lienzos y lienzos, horas y horas para llegar a lo que puedes ver terminado.

I try to stay true to the reference and my style, so I left the eyes with that red color. As I move forward I'm thinking about improving the teeth because they make my design look flat.


After so many hours appreciating how, I could see that the shadow behind the teeth was missing, when I placed it, it improved significantly.


I apply the details to the rest of the clothes, this time with airbrush and the rest I did in a flatter way and dragging the color with the finger brush, I loved that effect.


The background was achieved with several brushes, airbrushing, Whatercolor (rough) and I kept that dark and bloody style that I've been doing these last designs.


It's layers and layers of work, or canvases and canvases, hours and hours to get to what you can see finished.
