Hello friends,
How are you all doing?
Few hours to the weekend, I'm just so excited. Yesterday after work i completed this drawing for my splinterlands art contest post. What attracted me to this character on splinterland, it's the fact that this particular character is a spider. I love drawing spiders if you have noticed but it something i enjoy. I found my love once more as i wound be sharing my latest digitalart of the character named Haunted Spider, this drawing would serve as my entry to the splinterlands art contest. I made a step by step process of my drawing to give you a glimpse of how it went down

My first drawing of Haunted Spider:

Using the scribbling technique and the Ibis Paint app on my Samsung Galaxy Tab A, I created this drawing. Utilizing this method has been fantastic; I'm constantly coming up with new concepts to try out and you can see some progress from my initial sketch. I began this drawing by starting with a black ink drawing, i went on with this sketch till i achieved a full figure of the spider. The most intriguing aspect of my drawing was adding color, which I accomplished gradually, moving from dark to light tones. After my sloppy scribbling, I used a black tone to establish a foundation before going back to gradually add value, which brought the life to the image when i was done i added the webs and shadows under the image.
