Splinterlands Social Media Challenge!

Hello everyone. Today I am going to share my battle.

Battle details: I played with death splinter and my opponent used a fire splinter against me. Life, Water and Earth teams were banned in this battle.

Battle Ruleset

It was a battle with 35 mana cap and one rule:

Standard: No modification to the sandard gameplay rules and mechanics.

Discussing My Lineup

Summoner, Mimosa Nightshade level 3. This summoner lowers enemy magic and ranged attacks and removes my opponent's healing abilities.

First Position, Lord of Darkness lavel 3. This monster has good stats and three abilities: Enrage, Shield and Stun.

Second Position, Corrupted Pegasus level 3. This monster is a medic who heals my tank.

Third Position, Ancient Lich level 3. This powerful mage can gain a lot of health with Life Leech ability.

Fourth Position, Creeping Ooze level 1. This monster slows my opponent's monsters.

Fifth Position, Hydra level 3. This monster has perfect abilities to protect my team from Sneak attacks.

My Strategy & Tips

I gave my tank Void ability so he would take less damage from each attack type. I also used medic to restore any health my tank would still lose. This combination alone would be pretty strong but I also hid a mage with Life Leech ability in the middle of my team and placed HYDRA in last position as protection from Sneak attacks.

Analysis of The Battle

After the battle started enemy soon lost his tank. After that this battle was already decided in my favor. My tank stunned multiple opponent's monsters and any damage he took was nullified by my medic's healing ability. My Hydra also survived and in the end I did not lose a single monster from my team so this victory was quite easy.
