Cheap VS Expensive - Epic Cards

Let’ start off by investigating the market on the cheaper side. Why are those cards so cheap? Well, the main reason is because they were previously reward cards. Hence why these cards are available in big masses! With a lot of supply but not as much demand we can clearly see a price shift towards the lower end of the spectrum. Not only that but some of these cards are not really used a lot. Nevertheless, I think that some of the most reliable cards can be found in this section! Djinn Chwala is an absolute favorite of mine. With here Thorns Ability, this card can win you battles without having a crazy level on this card. Other very nice cards are definitely Uraeus as well as Dax Paragon for their lost cost and effectivity.

But with low prices the density of the quality is not very high. This is why it is recommended to look into the middle shelf of the market where we can find cards around the 1 USD mark. What can we find here you might ask? For instance cards with great abilities like Grund and his Double Strike as well as the Forgotten One with his Immunity ability. Furthermore, we are starting to see the first epic summoners that can actually help us to level our cards further. In my opinion, these cards are very worth it to look into if you are thinking to improve the quality of your deck and cover more use cases of battles. With these cards, you can get more strategies into your team and increase your winning rate for sure (if you use the cards correctly)

Last but not least, we have the top shelf of the epic cards. These are varying from 10 to 15 USD! To be honest, I am not really playing with these sort of cards, I also think that they will not help you in the modern battles. The sole reason is because most of them are Alpha and Beta Cards which sole purpose is the collectables reason. Well not really, I think they still have good purpose in the wild battles and there are pretty cool cards amongst them. Nevertheless, I think that those cards might be only worth considering if you are looking for something special to increase the value of your deck. I think that the value of these cards will go up over time because there will be less and less available of them until there no more left due to players inactivity or merging the cards together. All in all, as a new player I would stay away from those cards for now!

With that being said, what is the outlook on these cards? Well, for starters we need to say that the crypto market in general but also the whole financial markets around the world are not in great shape at the moment. This is why these cards are also not at their peak. Bear in mind though that this game does not sleep. This means that there are consistently new updates and a very lively community which means that once the markets start to pick up pace, so will these cards. What does this mean? I think that especially the very cheap cards are going to become very popular very quickly which would put their price through the roof. Obviously it will not be a 500x but even a doubling in price would be considered a big jump in my opinion.
