Almost always, to see which cards are the most successful in a particular edition of Splinterlands, we all look at the purchase market, and the most expensive card can give us some clue as to which is the "strongest" card. However, it's important to remember that the "rarity" factor greatly influences the price.

It's also crucial to monitor the rental market, which can give us a more precise idea of which cards are actually used on the battlefield, removing long-term investment factors. In the Rebellion edition, we see that the podium is composed of Rage in first position, which is also one of the most expensive cards to buy, followed by two less famous cards like Barashkukor and Lord Thanalor.

In today's post, I wanted to focus on this new monster of the Death element, Barashkukor, to understand why it is so appreciated by players.

The mana cost is very high, 13 points are really significant in the total mana count available for battle, but its 5 Magic attack from level 1 immediately stands out. Furthermore, the abilities it gains with each upgrade are a lethal mix for opponents, combining Fury, Weaken, and Magic Reflect, and reaching 8 Health and 5 Armor at level 4.

But let's look at an example of its performance in one of the battles I faced:

In this battle, I placed Barashkukor in the second position with the new summoner Lorkus, which brings it to a whopping 6 Magic attack points, and having brought it to level 2, it also has the Weaken ability that removes 1 Health point from all opponents.

It was an easy win for me, but I'm happy because I could use 3 cards from the Rebellion edition, with which I am practicing more and more and starting to understand how to use them to win more easily.

Quasi sempre, per vedere quali carte sono quelle che hanno più successo in una determinata edizione di Splinterlands, tutti andiamo a vedere il mercato degli acquisti, e la carta più costosa ci può dare qualche indizio su quale sia la carta piu "forte", però bisogna tenere di conto che , sulla quotazione, influisce molto anche il fattore "rarità".

È importantissimo monitorare anche il mercato degli affitti, che ci possono dare un'idea più precisa di quali carte vengano veramente usate sul campo di battaglia, togliendo i fattori di investimento a lungo termine.
Nell'edizione Rebellion, vediamo che il podio è composto da Rage, in prima posizione, ma anche una delle carte più costose da comprare, seguita da due carte meno blasonate , come Barashkukor e Lord Thanalor.

E, nel post di oggi, mi volevo concentrare su questo nuovo mostro dell'elemento Death, ovvero Barashkukor, per capire perchè viene apprezzato tanto dai giocatori.

Il costo in mana è molto alto, 13 punti si fanno veramente sentire sul conteggio dei mana totali da poter usare in battaglia, però il suo attacco sa 5 di Magic fin dal livello 1 si fa subito notare.
Inoltre, le abilità che guadagna ad ogni potenziamento sono un mix letale per gli avversari, andando a sommare Fury, Weaken e Magic Reflect, e arrivando, al livello 4, a 8 di Health e 5 di Armor.

Ma vediamo un esempio della sua performance in una delle sfide che ho affrontato:

In questa sfida ho posizionato Barashkukor in seconda posizione con il nuovo evocatore Lorkus, che lo porta a ben 6 punti di attacco Magico, e, avendolo portato al livello 2, dispone anche dell'abilità Weaken che toglie 1 punto Health a tutti gli avversari.

È stata una vittoria facile per me, ma sono contento perchè ho potuto usare 3 carte dell'edizione Rebellion, con cui sto facendo sempre più pratica ed inizio a capire come usarle per arrivare più facilmente alla vittoria.
