The Evolution of Splinterlands: A Veteran Player's Perspective on the Best Blockchain Game

The Splinterlands is the best blockchain play2earn game as per my knowledge. I am playing the game form more then five year and when I started the game the Beta packs were on sale. I missed the Alpha pack sale but Beta were available for same at that time. That was the time when the DEC or SPS were not exist at all and the players were receiving the Rewards Cards for completing the daily quest and also for season end rewards also. If you are a new member to the community and game then you may not be knowing that the players were getting the rewards cards daily and they were also not soul bond cards that mean the players were free transfer, trade or buy the cards form the market. That was the reason the reward cards were one of the cheap card in the market but the reward cards were also comes with printing limit that means a new set of reward cards were introduced once the reward card reached the print limit. To overcome the flooded situation of the reward cards in the market the Splinterlands team come up new ideas on time to time and the soul bond card is one of such idea which is working well at present.

The current reward cards are available for purchase by using the Glint Points and the Glint points can be earned through the ranked rewards. The ranked play rewards the players with SPS and Glint. The players can purchased the different rarity Draws or the loot chests, each rarity draw has random cards and the drop rate of rarity depends on the type of draw opened. The higher the draw type means more the change to get the higher rarity of cards. Each draw is specific to card rarity means the players get the same rarity of cards only. The Loot chests are random in nature and has different airdrop for each loot chest.

The team has recently introduced a new set of cards and also increased the Glint point required for each draw purchase.

My Glint Strategy

I am earnign more then 75K glints form season end (some time more then 100K glints also). I am spending all the glint earned form the game to the purchase the different draws. Mostly I am purchasing the epic draws as I am more interested in the epic cards. The epic cards are some of the most strong cards of game so I ma collecting the more epics. The other reason was one specific card I was looking form the epic rarity - Olivia of the Brook which has the specific mimic ability.

At one time I was thinking of the EXCLUSIVES to purchase but the temptation of opening the draws and loot chest make be spend all the Glint on same. I am focusing on the legendary cards also and using the Potions also when opening the loot chest to increase the chance of getting then Legendary and the Gold Foil cards. Then potion are really helpful.
Glint point system is a system which we can considered as the tailored system for players as individual can decide where to spend the glints they earned and which cards they want to be form the shop. The players are free to build the cards collection as per their requirement for example if the players is interested in the rare cards only then he may purchase the rare draw and similar way the legendary and epic draws also.
