My Actifit Report Card: October 24 2024

Its a jogging day. With the cool weather, a lot of people is running on the way. It was quite dry as well, so I did not have lot of sweat even i have a long walk now. After the walk, had a quick cook myself with some simple dish. Having a nice drink and enjoy my self made dish.
