Rutherford Tract 6

The monthly rewards will be starting up shortly for anyone who has 10000 base PP min on Rutherford Tract 6. After 10000 PP the PP for additional weight will be maxed out at 100K base pp with any multipliers. The 10000 base PP inital amount cant have multipliers it must be base pp then multipliers can make it over 10000 but 10000 must be hit with base and not 5000 with a RUNI. The RUNI wound not add extra dollars unless it is on a 10000 base pp plot as we do not want to incentivize any lower pp than a base of 10000.

I will also be creating a chat in discord for the tract so we can organize it. If anyone is in this tract please leave your discord name so I can invite you to the discord which will be for tract 6 Rutherford's rebates.

Would like to roll this out by June and have that all set up so we can start growing the LP part of the distribution which will keep growing the rebates over time and consistently get larger as only 25% of cash flow will be paid out and 75% is retained to grow the cash flow and make the distributions grow as fast as they can. Unlike other rebates this is a hybrid rebate with a fixed portion from the keep and a portion that will keep growing from the grain/dec LP as well as other possible sources TBD.
