June Bonus

For June, we are giving bonuses for the amounts of net DRIP purchases and/or assets swapped to DRIP. We've already received a commitment of an asset swap worth over $50k. This is enough to nearly wipe out the next to last tranche. So there may not be very long to get DRIP in the 1.75 tranche.

Net Purchases of DRIP: 1000+ - 10% Bonus; 5,000+ - 20% bonus; 25,000+ - 30% bonus.
Asset swaps: $1000 - 10% Bonus; $5,000 - 20% bonus; $25,000 - 30% bonus.

• Please note that you get credit for DRIP purchases as if it's $1. You may combine the two.
• Example: You could have net purchases of DRIP of 4,000 DRIP plus $1,000 in asset swaps to get the 20% bonus.
• If you try to cheat the system we will know if you have multiple accounts or buy then sell the drip. Net purchases are all your buys minus any sales for the month.

This will be the last bonus we will ever do. We had a bonus during December and had an amazing amount of sales, more than 40k+ Hive worth. This one will be bigger in preparation for v2 of DRIP.

We have big plans going forward that will be released below. These last two tranches will finish up our pre-seed round. The price in the Seed and Public rounds for DRIP will be significantly higher. This may be the last good chance to get DRIP extremely cheap.

Pre-seed Round

During the 1st year of Thorlock as the main investment officer, HIVE DRIP has raised $45,000 and our assets are now worth over $80,000. We now have about 250,000 DRIP left in our pre-seed round to sell at 1.75 and 2 DRIP/HIVE in the last two tranches.

Seed Round

We aim to raise $1MM from IMX related funds to become investors and top-tier guilds on the IMX games and then provide liquidity in the secondary market. We want experienced institutional investors on our board to learn from them and to sit on our investment committee.

Public Round

We will open a public round a few months after the Seed Round once we have deployed the capital and plan to raise another $1MM to keep investing in web3 gaming projects.

Valuations of web3 gaming DAO

Merit Circle is trading at 8 times book value.
YGG has been trading between 4 to 8 times book value.

After our public round, if DRIP reaches 3 times the book value our pre-seed holders would be valued at 7.5 times the initial value of pre-seed price.

New Team Member

Gondonar is investing $25,000 and will become our second team member as of June 1st, his role will be marketing and investments.

Why should you become a DRIP holder?

There are a lot of projects and not enough time to research where to generate Alpha. By becoming a DRIP holder our team generates value for you as you remain a passive holder. This is done in two ways. First, we pay a daily dividend just for holding DRIP. The rest of our profits are used to reinvest into more projects to increase our assets.

Looking Ahead

During June, we will release a concrete version of the proposed v2 whitepaper and plans for 2024 and 2025.

We plan to finish out our pre-seed round well ahead of schedule and we will be looking to raise $1MM while acquiring some experienced institutional investors for our board. We will continue to seek out more GameFi investments that have a high likelihood of success with our average investment per game in the $50,000 range.

Daily Payout

We pay out Swap.Hive every single day at 12:30 AM UTC and plan to increase the payout per DRIP coin held each month! We also reward .25% of staked DRIP daily at this time as well.

Staking Rewards

You'll receive exactly .25% of your staked DRIP tokens rewarded daily in liquid DRIP coins. This is a 149% APY. Coins paid out are liquid so you'll need to stake them daily in order to keep compounding your rewards.

Ex. - If you started with 1000 DRIP staked, you'll receive 2.5 coins the first day of staking rewards. If you then restake those coins, you'd earn 2.50625 additional DRIP the next day. If you did this each day for a year without ever purchasing more coins you'd have 2487.71 DRIP coins. Since the Swap.Hive payout is per coin and we plan to increase the payout slightly each month you'd be receiving more than 2.5 times your current Hive payout. The power of compounding is huge so don't forget to restake!
