We had a huge June and with our last discount ever on DRIP. We added quite a lot of assets to our treasury. You can see the chart below. We're picking up assets at what we think are cheap valuations. In just a few months our assets have gone from $87k to over $120k. I expect most of our GameFI coins will do very well later in the bull cycle. We are buying, diversifying and growing our funds.

Splinterlands continues to be our major investment on the Hive blockchain. We do plan to continue to diversify and build up our assets on other chains for diversity. The Splinterlands governance token is SPS, and also the token earned by playing the game. The token has been under immense pressure as several SPS DAO proposals have reduced inflation and removed bots from the game. We believe a lot of this selloff is short-lived. The current CEO has laid out some plans that include getting the SPS Validator software running as well as working hard on the new player experience.

The team continues to work on NPE (new player experience) this year. In fact last week, the one-click rental system was rolled out. You can now rent a full bronze deck of Chaos cards from the ingame marketplace area under set rentals.

Our SPS position has passed 650k, and while prices are depressed we'll likely try and dollar-cost-average some more. As SPS starts to go back up we will be looking to swap some SPS back into Hive.

We continue holding around 20,000 FLUX that's earning rewards from running their top-tier Stratus node. This is a project we really believe. They are pioneering the PoUW concept and have lots of affordable decentralized cloud-computing options for businesses and now Artificial Intelligence (AI). In fact our website is hosted on the FLUX cloud. Our FLUX was purchased below current prices but will likely be sold off as we move to a more concentrated web3 portfolio.

Boomland - Hunters on Chain (Polygon/Immutable zkEVM) - https://boomland.io/

This is a game we continue to be excited about. They just launched their P2A season one on the new Immutable zkEVM blockchain. They had 70k players! That's just amazing.

You can currently play on the new chain with premium hunters but very soon we will be able to move our T1 and T2 polygon assets over to the immutable chain. These assets have already more than doubled but we see quite a bit more growth with the numbers of players we're seeing.

Guild of Guardians

GOG is a mobile-only turn-based RPG with gacha mechanics. I'm very excited about the future of this project. This is our latest investment on the new Immutable zkEVM chain. The game is one of the most polished mobile web3 gaming experiences I've seen. You can play it without every having to learn about the blockchain if you don't want to. You can also convert web2 assets into web3 or buy some on the tokentrove marketplace.

A Pirate Saga

This is a game between Thorlock and a hive-engine Dev that's still in pre-alpha. The game isn't owned by DRIP but there are synergies there. The game purchased over 1,000 DRIP to fund their rewards pool as a start. In addition DRIP buys some of their coin, LOOT, to give out during our daily raffles for stakers of 1,000+ DRIP.

A Pirate Saga is a pirate-themed NFT game that can be played right from DRIP's discord (link at bottom). The game is live and In fact, we're now on 5 discord servers (we just added one more this week) and growing. We've barely gotten started.

Newest update: We launched our website above, pack sales are live, we're working on ship battle mechanics. You will be able to attack other players to earn LOOT! We plan to have a browser-based way to play eventually on the site.

Looking Ahead

We plan to continue diversifying across chains while mainly concentrating our focus on web3 gaming per our whitepaper. We will continue to seek out more Gamefi investments that have a high likelihood of success.

It's still a great time to stack some DRIP! Buy, stake and collect higher payments every single day. We will continue paying out a portion of our earnings while using the rest to grow and compound our holdings over time.

New LP as of July 1st, 2024

If you are on our discord you got the news first and were able to benefit from the initial 3,000% APR when it started. DRIP was paired with swap.hive into a new LP to have plenty of liquidity and keep the token value up.

In only 10 days we have 75,877 swap.hive worth of liquidity in our pool worth $15,834 with an APR% of 84.553% at time of writing.

DRIP is still in its pre-seed round and in the last tranche. I don't know how long this tranche will last but we've sold out of 4 tranches already in our first year and have considerably boosted our treasury. We have big plans ahead, see our year 2 roadmap - scaling beyond hive.

DRIP is one of the top traded coins on hive-engine, and as far as I know it's the best performing coin on hive-engine by far for the last 12 months (We started our pre-sale at 1.0 hive per DRIP and with staking APY of 149% the first year, you'd now have over 4.3 swap.hive worth of DRIP and this doesn't even include the daily hive payouts!).

Daily Payout

We pay out Swap.Hive every single day at 12:30 AM UTC and plan to increase the payout per DRIP coin held each month! We also reward .025% of staked DRIP daily at this time as well.

Staking Rewards

You'll receive exactly .025% of your staked DRIP tokens rewarded daily in liquid DRIP coins. Coins paid out are liquid so you'll need to stake them daily in order to keep compounding your rewards.

Ex. - If you started with 1000 DRIP staked, you'll receive .25 coins the first day of staking rewards. If you then restake those coins, you'd earn .250625 additional DRIP the next day.

Our Staking Reward Perks

I posted this on our discord and we've already started staking rewards for certain tiers.

1+ DRIP staked - earn .025% daily in more DRIP tokens. This is a 9.5% APY.

1000+ DRIP staked - New role called DRIP Challenger and access to a no-cooldown room for S&S game. Auto staking script available. We now have a rewards bot where only DRIP Challenger roles can enter for daily reward payouts (currently 500 daily LOOT). There's also a bonus in LOOT coins when you sign up for A Pirate Saga.

10000+ DRIP staked - A new role called DRIP Contender. Access to hidden rooms, see real-time trades and participate in important decision making via our Board Room. More perks in the works.

Investment Thesis

Tokenomics

We are selling tokens in our pre-seed round in tranches/batches and each tranche increases in price. Tranche 1/Pre-sale was 20,000 tokens and lasted only 5 days.
