Greetings

My recent attempt to rank up in Splinterlands using only the fire element has been a true test of patience and a bit of entertainment. It's been a while since I tried climbing to higher leagues in the game, so why not try to rank up relying solely on this element?

Just as an experiment, of course.

However, this challenge turned out to be harder than I expected, especially when it comes to maintaining consistency with the cards and dealing with opponents who have diverse strategies.

Among the cards I've been using a lot, I can mention the two main ones I've relied on: Xenith Monk and Tenii Striker.

Xenith Monk is a neutral element card that, due to its low mana cost, offers excellent resistance in low-mana battles. Its defensive abilities are what make it truly valuable, especially from level 2 when it gains the Heal ability, allowing it to restore a portion of its health each round. This makes it a great choice for the front line in bronze matches.

Next up, I have Tenii Striker, one of my main offensive options. With the Sneak ability, it targets enemies in the back row, bypassing the front line. This is essential to break down opponents' strategies that hide their most valuable cards, like ranged or magic attackers, at the end of the deck. The combination of these two cards, with Xenith Monk absorbing damage and healing itself on the front line, while Tenii stealthily strikes from behind, helped me secure a few victories in a winning streak.

It seems I still need to improve some things, like incorporating more magic variations.

Although I’m relatively happy with these cards, lately I've been feeling a bit unmotivated to progress in Splinterlands, as I've mentioned in previous posts. Perhaps it's the lack of new mechanics or improvements that truly shake up the game's dynamics. I've invested a lot of time, but I feel like the challenges are becoming repetitive, especially now with changes in rewards.

I used to enjoy the daily chest openings model.

While I don’t have a fixed focus on the game at the moment, I’m open to participating in other ecosystem activities, like Lands and maybe the game Soulkeep. Of course, the latter still needs improvement, but its gameplay is quite enjoyable. Until then, I'll continue trying to climb the leagues using only this element, experimenting with different combinations and tweaks to my strategy.

I would love some recommendations to diversify this composition, as you can see, I’m only using Tarsa as my level 2 summoner. I believe that while there might be better options for this, building a magic-focused team might be interesting. Or not?

Minha recente tentativa de subir de liga em Splinterlands utilizando apenas o elemento fogo tem sido um verdadeiro teste de paciência e um pouco de entretenimento. Já faz um bom tempo que não tenho tentado subir de ligas melhores no jogo, por que não tentar subir de rank confiando apenas nesse elemento?

Apenas como um experimento é claro.

No entanto, esse desafio revelou ser mais difícil do que imaginei, especialmente quando se trata de manter uma consistência com as cartas e lidar com adversários que possuem estratégias diversificadas.

Dentre as cartas que tenho utilizado bastante, posso citar as duas principais que tenho utilizado sendo elas: Xenith Monk e Tenii Striker se destacam.

O Xenith Monk é uma carta do elemento neutro que, por seu baixo custo de mana, oferece uma excelente resistência para partidas com limite de mana reduzido. Suas habilidades defensivas são o que realmente o tornam valioso, especialmente a partir do nível 2, quando ele adquire a habilidade Heal, permitindo que restaure uma parte de sua vida a cada rodada. Isso o torna uma boa escolha na linha de frente em partidas no bronze.

Em seguida tenho Tenii Striker é uma das minhas principais opções ofensivas. Com a habilidade Sneak, ele ataca os inimigos da linha de trás ignorando a linha de frente. Isso é essencial para desmontar as estratégias dos oponentes que escondem suas cartas mais valiosas no fundo do deck como atiradores ou mágicos. A combinação dessas duas cartas, com o Monk na linha de frente absorvendo dano e curando-se, enquanto Tenii ataca furtivamente, me ajudou a conquistar algumas vitórias em WIN STREAK.

É parece que ainda preciso melhorar algumas coisas como algumas variações mágicas.

Apesar de estar relativamente satisfeito com essas cartas, ultimamente tenho sentido uma certa desmotivação em avançar no Splinterlands como já mencionei em postagens anteriores. Talvez seja a falta de novas mecânicas ou melhorias que realmente mudem a dinâmica do jogo. Já investi bastante tempo, mas sinto que os desafios começam a ficar repetitivos, especialmente agora com alterações nas recompensas.

Eu gostava do modelo abrir baús diariamente.

Enquanto ainda não tenho um foco fixo no jogo, estou aberto a participar de outras ações no ecossistema, como Lands e talvez o jogo Soulkeep. É claro, esse segundo em questão ainda precisa ser melhorado, mas sua jogabilidade é bastante agradável. Até lá, vou continuar tentando subir de liga utilizando apenas esse elemento, experimentando diferentes combinações e ajustes na minha estratégia.

Gostaria de algumas recomendações para variar essa composição, que como pode ver, eu apenas estou utilizando o invocador Tarsa em nível 2. Eu acredito que embora tenha melhores opções para isso, montar uma equipe mágica seja interessante. Ou não?
