My Epic Soulbound Journey
Hey hey hey!
For the past EOSes, I have been targeting Epic Draws to level up my Soulbound Epic cards. In particular, my goal is to immediately level up my Thanalorian Blade and Olivia Of The Brook. In this post, I would like to share where I am right now at that journey and how I am using the Epic cards so far. Let's get into it!
My Recent Epic Draws
In my recent Epic Draws, I am lucky enough to get a few BCX of my favorite Epic card. I got 3 BCX of Olivia Of The Brook but sadly no Thanalorian Blade. With this I got to level up my Olivia Of The Brook to level 2, opening up the Mimic ability.
As for the rest of my Epic cards, I got most of them at level 2 except Halfling Refugee.
Epic Card Usage

 | Kha'zi Conjurer | I mostly use Kha'zi Conjurer in fast paced match using Conqueror Jacek as the summoner. Its high ranged attack kills one or two enemies before it burns it's allies. Sometimes, I am lucky enough that the burning doesn't activate (because it dies quickly) |
 | Shock Trooper | I love using Shock Trooper with Kelya and in Spreading Fury rulesets. It activates the Enrage ability making troops quicker and stronger. If I'm lucky, my team would decimate the enemy first before they die of electrocution. |
 | Arachne Weaver | I use Arachne Weaver with a high HP tank like Djinn Muirat and Cursed Windeku. This ensures that lowering the Max HP while healing those units will not affect them much. It is surprising to see that this spider also serves as a Triage healer. That's why I also use this when I got an enemy with Blast and Poison. |
 | Night Reaper | Frankly speaking, I don't use Dragon units much. But when I do, I use Night Reaper to ensure that the enemy's Chaos Dragon is targeted. |
 | Olivia Of The Brook | I am figuring out how to use Olivia. With only 4 health at level 2, it doesn't last long until it copies some decent abilities. I guess I have to level this up to level 4 until it can withstand some damage. |
 | Halfing Refugee | Surprisingly, this is my most used Epic card right now. With 1 mana, I can use it in many teams. I most use it as a tank and a back tank. I only wish it to be level 2 or higher. It is so hard to get a copy now. Maybe we are not meant to be? |
 | Thanalorian Blade | Oh where would I even start? Thanalorian Blade is my most sought after card. I use this with Immortalis and place it in the middle. I partner it with Venari Scout, a low cost Opportunity card, in order to aid Thanalorian Blade in targeting weaklings. It is always a delight seeing Thanalorian Blade 'execute' these weaklings. I hope I would maxed it out immediately. |
Closing
This is my Epic Soulbound Journey so far. I am excited to max them out but I know it would take months for me to do so. But for now, I am enjoying new meta and team strategies for these cards. Thank you for your support and let us continue playing our favorite game!
