Heavy Hitters ruleset in Splinterlands - it has not much relevance for lower level battles

So yes, dear readers, we are in another week of Splinterlands. The week was for me again quite full of activities. But fortunately a day off for me will be soon to come!

In Splinterlands I read no real news, this week. But lucky I was in winning 2 Rebellion packs in the Splinterlands (platform formerly known as Twitter) contest. So not a week to bad... except for Glint earnings, of course. I really started the process of downgrading my deck to get into a league that will better reflect my SPS-Glint-ratio-earning potential.

The ruleset of this week is called "Heavy Hitters".
Its description reads as following: "All units gain the Knock Out ability. Be sure to include a unit with Stun in your lineup to trigger the knock out."
Nice! But unfortunately I find "Stun" is a rather uncommon ability.

Let us look at one of my battles:

I went another time with my beloved Earth splinter, magical setup. My opponent hoped to boost a Life splinter magic unit with blast. Chances looked not too bad for his strategy to succeed.

However I had this Failed Summoner which would probably shatter his ambition for this battle. See above Round 2 already and his active units are somewhat down to only Captain Katie.

I mean she could have done a lot of damage, if only the rules were somewhat more favorable to her.

So yes, I won the above fight. But did Heavy Hitters ruleset play a role? -It did not, sir! Heavy Hitters ruleset favors damage dealt by units with "Stun" ability. But in lower levels there is a barely a unit having the "Stun" ability. Overall this makes the ruleset somewhat irrelevant to me ... and the battle shown above.
-So the only thing I can do is looking forward to next week and hoping for a more favorable ruleset! :)
