My Actifit Report Card: August 28 2024 : I Am Alive Challenge

Hello Amigos

Welcome to my Actifit Report for Wednesday, 28th August 2024.

My day started well, but I woke up and did early morning washing of clothes.

Finished it and went to work.

It was a good day at work.
I mostly did more sitting, less working around the office.

When I came back, I went to the market to get some vegetables.

This is actually my first time in this market.

Working down the road, I already saw some people selling by the roadside.

At some point, I was already thinking that it doesn't have a main market setting.

I don't know how I convinced myself to start buying some things I saw by the roadside.

I walked towards the main market.

I have already bought the things I want, and I was already tired.

I could have walked inside to market to see more of the market.

Maybe next time, I made a U-turn and started walking back home.

I am so grateful for the day 🙏 🙌
