The best part of my job is when I find things that I've been looking for and couldn't find or were too expensive.

En fin, hoy me tocó trabajar en un evento donde habían varios expositores y encontré una planta que había estado buscando durante algunos meses, justamente porque quería implementarla en una de mis recetas de postres y es este butterfly pea para mayor información, a partir de estas hojas se elabora un té comúnmente conocido como té azul (no confundir con el té oolong), es un té de hierbas sin cafeína, o tisana, una bebida hecha a partir de una decocción o infusión de los pétalos de las flores o la flor entera de la planta Clitoria ternatea.
Estoy super feliz, espero el próximo mes estarles compartiendo una receta. Y muchas gracias a la agrónoma quien amablemente me dió de su producto para que lo probara.
