(DE/EN) Grow 2 Help - My progress on Hive, Personal Development and Wellbeeing - September 2024

Intro
Der Sommer neigt sich dem Ende zu. Der Kryptosommer auch? Bitcoin und Ethereum wissen nicht, wohin der Kurs geht und das wirkt sich auch auf Hive aus.
Nach einem ruhigen August steht nun ein spannender September an. doch zuvor ein Blick zurück.
Intro
Summer is coming to an end. The crypto summer too? Bitcoin and Ethereum don't know where the price is going and this is also having an impact on Hive.
After a quiet August, an exciting September is now evolving, but first a look back.
Hive Wachstum

Trotz des Urlaubs und des relativ ruhigen Augusts habe ich es endlich mal wieder geschafft mehr als 100 HP über Artikel und kuratieren erhalten. Das liegt natürlich auch an den höheren HP nach den letzten Power Ups.
Auch habe ich meine 2.000 HP, die ich an @zingtoken delegiert hatte, wieder zurückgeholt. Ich habe nun 50.000 staked Zing und das sollte fürs erste reichen.
Im September steht nun das finale der Bloodbowlsaison an. Nach meinem letzten Spiel, zu dem ich Euch auch den Artikel noch schuldig bin, bin ich auf Platz 2. Die ersten 3 steigen auf in die erste Liga. 2 Spiele stehen noch aus. Ich hoffe, wir können alle gemeinsam den Aufstieg feiern.

Despite the holiday and the relatively quiet August, I finally managed to get more than 100 HP via articles and curating. This is of course also due to the higher HP after the last power ups.
I also got back the 2,000 HP that I had delegated to @zingtoken. I now have 50,000 staked Zing and that should be enough for now.
The final game of the Bloodbowl season is coming up in September. After my last game, for which I still owe you the article, I'm in 2nd place. The first 3 are promoted to the first league. There are still 2 games to go. I hope we can all celebrate promotion together.
Persönliche Entwicklung
Im August gab es kein Coaching Modul. Ich habe jedoch ein weiteres Coaching durchgeführt und konnte dem Kollegen hoffentlich helfen, sich seiner Ziele bewusst zu werden, und die nächsten Schritte für sich festzulegen.
Personal development
There was no coaching module in August. However, I did another coaching session and was hopefully able to help the colleague become aware of his goals and determine the next steps for himself.
Fit sein und mich gut fühlen
Unser Bett ist immer noch das Highlight in dieser Kategorie. Im Urlaub, waren die Betten dermaßen hart, dass wir kaum schlafen konnten. Das freut man sich doch wieder heim zu kommen, auch wenn der Urlaub sonst sehr schön war.
Ansonsten wurde meine Lunge erneut geröntgt und angeblich ist alles wieder besser. Dennoch muss ich immer wieder husten. Ich nehme auch noch das Kortison, aber das Spray dürfte bald leer sein. Mal schauen, was die Doktoren nächste Woche sagen.
Jetzt muckt die Schulter auch wieder um. Es gibt einfach keine Ruhe.
Being fit and feeling good
Our bed is still the highlight in this category. On holiday, the beds were so hard that we could hardly sleep. It makes you look forward to coming home again, even if the holiday was otherwise very nice.
Apart from that, my lungs were x-rayed again and everything is supposedly better again. But I still have to cough again and again. I'm still taking the cortisone, but the spray should be empty soon. Let's see what the doctors say next week.
Now my shoulder is also flapping again. It just won't rest.

Bloodbowl, Coaching und Beratung
Nach dem ruhigen August geht es im September wieder voll los.
Wie oben beschrieben, steht die Entscheidung in unserer Bloodbowlliga an. Das 5 von 7 Modulen meiner Coachingausbildung findet statt und ich bin nach Hannover zur IGBCE eingeladen, um meine Meinung zur Gründung einer eigenen Beratungs GmbH abzugeben.
"Nebenbei" habe ich noch meinen Job bei Merck und meine Familie möchte mich auch sehen. Volles Programm, aber ich freue mich drauf.
Ich wünsche Euch allen eine schöne Urlaubszeit und viel Erfolg und Durchhaltevermögen beim Erreichen Eurer Ziele.

Bloodbowl, coaching and counselling
After a quiet August, September is back in full swing.
As described above, the decision in our Bloodbowl league is imminent. The 5th of 7 modules of my coaching training is taking place and I have been invited to the IGBCE in Hanover to give my opinion on founding my own consulting company.
I still have my job at Merck ‘on the side’ and my family wants to see me too. It's a full programme, but I'm looking forward to it.
