The Ones Where Armor Does Not Exist: Unprotected
π΄πππππππππππ
Being a Neutral summoner, her flexibility is unparalleled, allowing her to use monsters from any element just like a Dragon summoner. Her increased max health is beneficial for any team but the increased speed is much more beneficial with the Pelacor Deceiver's Backfire ability which inflicts 2 damage to any opponent that miss their attacks to this monster.
However, with Lux Vega's abilities, an obvious issue arises due to the Unprotected Rules of combat. As a result, your monsters will not get any of Lux Vega's extra armor which sucks but does not really make her unusable.

Since Lux Vega is a limited promotional card and cannot be pulled through packs, her high cost is justified. The only way to pick her up right now is through a third party. You can buy the cheapest on in the store for $162.36.

Lux Vega's rental price is quite expensive but it's quite fair since you can use her in all elements meaning she is the only summoner you need except for when you have the rules of combat that prevents her use.

For a little less than $2, you can get a max level which is good. However, hurry up because there's only 3 cards for $2 or less. If you were the 4th buyer, then the cheapest you can get this card at max level is $2.40.

You can permanently rent Pelacor Deceiver and it won't matter. Since no one is actually using this card, then the rental price plummetted to 0.10 DEC per day.
πͺ Stats | Lux Vega
Lux Vega is a Legendary summoner from the Chaos Legion Series.
Level 4 Legendary summoners allow the use of:
Level 4 Legendary monsters;
Level 6 Epic monsters;
Level 8 Rare monsters;
Level 10 Common monsters.
Lux Vega is a defensive summoner. She's one ability better than Kelya Frendul since she doesn't only give you team an extra speed and extra armor but also extra max health.
+1 Armor. [Stat Modifier] [Positive Status] All friendly monsters has their Max Health reduced by 1, with a minimum of 1. Monsters with 1 Max Health before the effect applies are unaffected.
An extra armor sounds weak but it acts as a second health of the monster. Even if the attacking monster has 10 melee damage and your monster has 1 armor and 1 health, your opponent's monster will still need to attack that monster of yours twice to kill it, once to remove the armor and once to make its health 0.
+1 Health. [Stat Modifier] Positive Status] All friendly monsters has their Max Health increased by 1.
Any extra health is good since the game is designed to win only if you can reduce all opponent's monster to 0.
+1 Speed. [Stat Modifier] [Positive Status] All friendly monsters has their Speed increased by 1.
The extra speed may not look strong but given the right monsters on your board, this ability can be powerful as well.
πͺ Stats | Pelacor Deceiver
Pelacor Deceiver has surprisingly good stats. He has high health, good speed, decent damage for a 5 mana cost monster. Unfortunately, he doesn't have any armor which makes him susceptible to melee and range damage.
At level 1, Flying is unlocked. [Defense] Non Flying monsters that attack this card has their maximum hit chance reduced by 25% during that attack.
Good ability against melee and range monsters. It also works well with the next ability you unlock on this monster.
At level 6, Backfire is unlocked. [Defense] [Damage] Any monster that attacked this monster and missed gets 2 damage.
With the Flying ability and decent speed, any time this monster evade an opponent's attack, they would take 2 damage.
At level 10, Retaliate is unlocked. [Defense] [Damage] This monster has a 50% chance of attacking any opponent's melee monster that attack this monster.
Retaliate ability is a bit out of place in my opinion. Pelacor Deceiver's strategy is to evade attacks to trigger the Backfire ability but Retaliate ability activates when he gets hit.

ππ₯π¬π±π¬ π£π―π¬πͺ πͺπΆ πππ©π¦π«π±π’π―π©ππ«π‘π° ππ π π¬π²π«π±.
42 Mana Cap. Total mana cost of all monsters must not exceed 42 mana.
Earthquake Rules of Combat Tips: Earthquake rule of combat has a special rule: it only deals damage to non-Flying monsters. This means any monsters with Flying ability does not take any damage. Make sure you have your Risqruel Drath for Modern Ranked Format or Brighton Bloom for Wild Ranked Format. These two will save you a lot of health.
Unprotected Rules of Combat Tips: One good strategy in this rule of combat is using Sneaks. Sneak monsters are normally melee monsters whose attack cannot pass through armor. Removing armor means your Sneak strategy will have higher success since your opponents cannot use Protect ability to counter this strategy.

Lux Vega: Lux Vega is a really flexible summoner. Being a Neutral summoner, you can use any Splinter that is available. However, unlike dual summoners, you can only use 1 element in combination with Neutral monsters.
- Harklaw: The Shield ability is good as it reduce the damage from Earthquake rule of combat. Unfortunately, the armor he has is removed due to Unprotected rule of combat.
- Pelacor Deceiver: Very agile monster focusing on speed. Good in Earthquake rule of combat and Unprotected due to his high health.
- Djinn Miurat: Good magic damage from Death Splinter. Unfortunately, the Void Armor ability is not usable because of Unprotected rule of combat.
- Magi of Chaos: Has no armor and decent health. At max level, Magi of Chaos has high damage of 4.
- Silent Sha-Vi: Decent Health with high damage and Sneak ability. Good monster if you want to mix the targets for attack.
- Riftwing: I placed him at the last position to deny any possible melee Sneak from my opponent. Fortunately, I didn't need it this game.

Yes. The Opponent's monsters died a lot from indirect damage like Earthquake, Magic Reflect and Backfire. While I was also affected by Earthquake rules of combat, it seemed like my opponent struggled a lot more due to them having monsters with lower health than mine.

None. I lack the mana cost to use Zyriel so I think everything is okay in this lineup for now. I feel like this lineup is balanced and if something works, I generally don't try to change it. There's a saying, "If something isn't broken, don't fix it."
πΈ π«π πππ ππππ Lux Vega and Pelacor Deceiver in Unprotected Rules of Combat? πΎππ ππ πΎππ πππ? πΈ
Yes. Lux Vega is a really good flexible summoner that can use any elements like a Dragon summoner. The increased health is good as always but the increased speed is another good one with Pelacor Deceiver due to his Backfire ability. All in all, they are a good combination. The only bad one is that you won't be able to take advantage of Lux Vega's extra armor due to the Unprotected Rules of combat.
