Howdy y'all, it's been awhile I wrote any Splinterlands related topic as been busy and lazy. Lately I had the time listening to @thepeoplesguild podcast and excited to learn they making a challenge week for creative users to submit a @Yabapmatt card. Am taking the opportunity to submit a card I had been thinking for awhile in terms of New Game mode and design. ( take note, graphics creation ain't my cup of tea). Update : Since I hve abit of time , decide to write an update on " WHAT IF " this card design is implemented. I further write about how GLAMORE , LAND RESEARCH ,HIVE creators and/or CHAOS cards usage can play a role with Yabapmatt, the Voltronator. Scroll to PART 2

BREAKDOWN

Yabapmatt, the voltronator was initially meant for Mini game I had in mind ( somewhat like boss fight ) where the summoner sacrifice their monsters to gain and boost themselves. I always wanted to see a summoner vs summoner auto battles .

Element Neutral was base on market observation specifically LUX VEGA, it's a popular summoner of both human and non human players . Another reason was that I picture Yabapmatt, the voltronator to be another extension of storyline (not that I follow much) like a BORG. It's purpose was to fuse/combine elements into a single entity that's easy to control and expand, it could not fuse more than 2 as it has limited capacity unless it's creators started putting more resources for it to self upgrade/modify. With each modification , it has to be placed in slumber for X days/months/years.

Rarity I choose rare as its playable in almost all rules and conditions.

Mana cost I couldn't find a proper method to evaluate so I just randomly put it there .

UPDATE: PART 2 ( POST IMPLEMENT OF YABAPMATT, THE VOLTRONATOR )

Here I shall suggest How Yabapmatt, The Voltronator will play a role in GLAMORE , LAND RESEARCH , HIVE creators and/or CHAOS set usage.

GLAMORE

GLAMORE (skins) will play a crucial role in aesthetic for FUSED units since we be using CHAOS set cards fuse into 1 (note: it's not a new card, just an image replacement effect) . Here's where I let community decide on how FUSED card be display, either

option A: Yabapmatt, the voltronator has one more Ability. "AT Turn 1 b4 start of game, create a Token on the battlefield, that token is placed on the 1st position". Meaning when placing units , the 1st position will always reserve for "the TOKEN"

option B: Create a card call token for an upcoming set just to place the GLAMORE effect on it. The rarity will be null as it is hard to define a rarity for it since its just a vassel for GLAMORE to be place on it.

HIVE CREATORS

Looking at my horrible photo fuse, one can see the level of creative I hve. If only I could commissioned someone in the HIVE community to make the art.

As to date, there are 26 unique NEUTRAL CHAOS LEGION set cards ( not included LUX and RUNI ). If we were to fuse each of them, there's a total of 325 regular foil fuse unit that can be produced. ( Plz correct me if Am wrong ). Here lies a chance for image creators ( HIVE creators) to showcase their art for both regular foil and Gold foil GLAMORES, total 650 art works.

I am hoping when there comes a day where I can browse in an OPENSEA like platform to shop a "Lurker+Scavo" image and insert it on my GLAMORE token. Though I can imagine the copy right and creators right issue.

LAND RESEARCH

Finally on land research, Splinterlands Land research tokens can be used to create an "Image Modify Token" for fusing units. With the Image Modify Token, you can upload a desired image, which will then function as a skin for the unit. I hve not given a deep thought on it , so I let the community decide on it.
