This week we had a Brawl, and oh boy! It was amazing! I had some amazing battles this week, but one of them caught my attention.

When you see a battle like this, who do you think will win?

Clearly Yodin, my opponent has much better cards than I do, and he certainly plays in leagues far superior to mine.

Yodin Zaku is certainly one of the most feared (and expensive) cards in Splinterlands. When I saw that I was totally at a disadvantage, I skipped the fight because I already knew the result. Yet another revelation! I won??

How???

The answer is simple. I gave the best I had in that match, without trying to counter something specific and not spending on card rentals like I normally do.

It helped me to remember that "sometimes" the best thing is to do the best with what you have. I've lost several games to bots, even though I used lines with very good cards, I was destroyed by common cards. Creativity and ingenuity are essential in any strategy game, and the same is true here!

But since this is a "Share your battle", one card stood out among the others.

Chimney Wallstop is an extremely powerful card, which I don't see much in Brawls, perhaps because of its high mana cost, or its speed, but even so it's a card that I think is cool, and that's why I use it. He is a common card, so you will probably get some copies of him if you play some Brawls for your Guild. And as every Gladius cards, he has one of the best abilities in the game! Bloodlust!

For a card with 5 melee damage is easy for him to land a killing blow! Now let's take a look at the battle!

First round, all card on the table! Let's go!

My cards focusing the frontline along with Chimney Wallstop, managed to remove the enemy tank in the first round, with Wallstop getting a kill, which together with the "Bloodlust" skill allowed him to gain 1 more point in all his stats!

Due to my enemy focusing more on my backline, Grum and Wallstop dealt massive damage to the frontline in the second round, along with my Sand Worm gradually cleaning up the enemy's backline. And of course, Wallstop got +1 point in all stats again.

At the end of the third round, Wallstop got another kill along with my enemy's gladius card. However, Wallstop has 1 point of armor, and that 1 point, this is a point he was getting with each kill that allowed him to win!

A total of 9 brutal melee attack points! And with that the game is over, victory at last!

Esta semana tivemos um Brawl, e rapaz! Foi bão! Tive algumas batalhas muito boas essa semana, mas uma delas me chamou a atenção.

Tu ta lá tranquilo e seu oponente puxa um Yodão e uma penca de carta com dano alto, ai você acha que tem chance? Claro que não.

Claramente com Yodin, meu oponente tem cartas muito melhores do que eu, e ele certamente joga em ligas muito superiores às minhas.

Yodin Zaku é certamente uma das cartas mais roubadas (e caras) de Splinterlands. Quando vi que estava totalmente em desvantagem, pulei a luta porque já sabia o resultado. Mais uma surpresa! Eu venci??

A resposta é simples. Usei o melhor que tinha naquela partida, sem tentar contrariar algo específico e sem gastar com aluguel de cartas como costumo fazer.

Ajudou-me a lembrar que "às vezes" o melhor é fazer o melhor com o que se tem. Já perdi várias partidas para bots, apesar de usar linhas com cartas muito boas, fui destruído por cartas comuns. Criatividade e engenhosidade são essenciais em qualquer jogo de estratégia, e o mesmo acontece aqui!

Mas como este é um "Compartilhe sua batalha", uma carta se destacou entre as outras.

Chimney Wallstop é uma carta extremamente poderosa, que não vejo muito em Brawls, talvez pelo seu alto custo de mana, ou pela sua velocidade, mas mesmo assim é uma carta que acho pika, e por isso uso. Ele é uma carta comum, então você provavelmente obterá algumas cópias dele se jogar algumas Brawls para sua Guilda. E como todas as cartas de Gladius, ele tem uma das melhores habilidades do jogo! Sede de sangue!

Para uma carta com 5 de dano corpo a corpo é fácil para ele acertar um golpe mortal! Agora bora pra briga!

Briga

Primeira rodada, todas as cartas na mesa! Bora!

Minhas cartas focando a linha de frente junto com Chimney Wallstop, conseguiram remover o tanque inimigo na primeira rodada, com Wallstop conseguindo um kill, que junto com a habilidade "Bloodlust" permitiu que ele ganhasse mais 1 ponto em todas as suas estatísticas!

Devido ao meu inimigo se concentrar mais na minha retaguarda, Grum e Wallstop causaram danos massivos à linha de frente na segunda rodada, junto com meu Sand Worm gradualmente limpando a retaguarda do inimigo. E, claro, Wallstop ganhou +1 ponto em todas as estatísticas novamente.

No final da terceira rodada, Wallstop conseguiu outra kill junto com o cartão de gládio do meu inimigo. No entanto, Wallstop tem 1 ponto de armadura, e esse 1 ponto, este é um ponto que ele ganhava com cada morte que lhe permitia vencer!

Um total de 9 pontos de martelo martelão, o inimigo só levantou a mãozinha com a palma da mão. E com isso o jogo acabou, a vitória!
