Welcome to yet another Splinterland fan art post from your dedicated but not-so-great artist, yours truly, Lodens. Hahaha!

Lately, I’ve been hooked on using the Cat summoner, who can summon both Life and Earth elements simultaneously. It has a buff with +2 Health, Snare, and Thorns. On top of that, it provides additional buffs like Triance and Scavenger or Divine Shield and Corrosive Ward.

Who else could I be talking about but the Legendary Summoner, Eternal Tofu from the Rebellion Edition.

At first, I didn’t pay much attention to this summoner, but once I tried out its power, I’ve been renting it regularly.

When I started the drawing, I just sketched a basic outline. I planned to build the figure through shading, not with the outline, so I kept the outline simple and didn’t add much detail.

For the coloring, I started with a flesh tone for the body and green for the eyes, as that’s where I wanted to begin.

Since I only used one base color for the body, I relied heavily on multiple layers of shading to create its figure. I used three types of brushes for this, a charcoal brush, watercolor brush, and mapping pen.

For the glowing cube necklace, I added a blue glow effect to make it look powerful.

I also applied a bluish light to different parts of the character’s body to give the impression that the glow is reflecting on it.

Once the coloring was complete, I needed to add a shadowlike outline to the character, so I used a charcoal brush.

As for the background, I kept it simple with multiple shades of dark brown and added shadows to finish it off.

If you also want to enjoy playing Splinterlands, you can click my banner with the referral link. You can try the game in free-to-play mode first, but if you want to earn while playing, you need to buy a Spellbook which costs only $10. I’m sure you’ll enjoy this game because I’ve been playing it for over 2 years and I still haven’t gotten tired of it.
